We enjoyed the open floor plan of the unit, It was open and airy. We loved the two master bedrooms which accomodated our family perfectly. We also loved the close proximity to the great beach. The custome service was excellent.

The home met all of our expectations.

Beautiful and spacious new home with every amenity. Nice pool in the backyard as well as patio and gas grill. Just a short walk to the beach (about 2 minutes) through Kailua Beach Park. Gated community was very secure. Kailua is a great destination. Beautiful beach for swimming and jogging or walking. Central drive to north shore (1 hour) or back to Honolulu (30 minutes). Not an overly commercialized area - good mix of locals, retirees, and visitors. Neat local market a few blocks away with most everything you need including a nice wine selection. Buzz's was close and fun but food only ok.
