This spacious one bedroom unit is located approximately 2 blocks from the white sands of Kailua Beach. Private entrance, King bed, day bed, kitchenette, BBQ with private yard. A great get-away place in a quiet neighborhood. Near grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop. Easy access to Honolulu, Waikiki, North Shore and other parts of the island.

Starting from $150.00 per night. 25% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. $100.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Really enjoyed the rental. This is our first time (in 10 visits) not staying in a hotel on Waikiki. We will not saty in hotels during our future visits.

We did pay a damage deposit of $500. I hope it doesn't take 6 weeks to refund it! That's a long time.
