3 bedrooms and 2. 5 baths make it comfortable for 6 people. Living room, TV/reading den and laundry. Outdoor patio with table, chairs for 8 and large umbrella right outside living and dining. Fully equipped for cooking if you want to do your own, and minutes from Kailua Town if you want to eat out. Its a short walk to the local favorite Kalapawai Market for coffee, or Buzz's steak house. Or leave your car behind and explore Lanikai on the bikes.
Wake up to gentle tradewinds in the red bedroom, with corner windows and stunning views of the sunrise through towering coconut palms. Enjoy the charm of the blue room with traditional Hawaiian vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan and large windows. Tucked away on its own with a full bathroom, a private patio and glimpses of the Koolau Mountains, the mango room is the largest bedroom, with a king or paired twin bed option.

Starting from $375.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $250.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. This is the perfect family house for a wonderful vacation in Kailua. The beach is so close, and just gorgeous. The kids loved the yard, as did the grown-ups. The house has virtually everything you need in the kitchen, and a nice grill for outdoor cooking. If you stay here, get up early enough for the short walk to the sunrise - it's well worth it. We will definitely stay here again.

What I liked best about what I rented was that the house was so equipped. We have rented houses all over the world and never been in a house so equipped. There was even a coffee grinder and an espresso pot. There was hand soap in all the bathrooms and kleenex in all the rooms. There were a couple kids books, and movies and toys and all the beach equipment you could possibly need with small kids. These small touches make the visit really special. We ate at a few really good restaurants, in Kailua, Tokoname (Japanese sushi), Saigh (Thai in Kailua), Alan Wong in Honolulu if you are a real food nerd like us. The service mindedness of Verena was exceptional. Really private spacious garden and really close to the beach, which felt private too! Well be back. Angela Dag from Oslo Norway
