Starting from $325.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. $250.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The home was pretty much all we could have asked for, clean, cute and very close to the beach. The only negative was the description said it slept 6 people but truly it only sleeps 4 comfortably and 2 of the beds are in a sort of converted basement. All in all however, it was a very pleasant stay and within a very close walk to an amazing beach.

Amazing location, very well furnished and clean house, we loved the closed garden for the kids to play freely, the bbq and the big outside table, the 1minute access to the beach, all the small treats like kids swimming pool - morey boogies - books - bikes .... The road close by is not that noisy. We'll be back for sure !

Kai Nani was a very sweet and accomodating cottage in which to stay for our vacation. Everthing we needed was there and the proximity to the beach is acceptable. My only complaint is the noise of the traffic on Kalaheo Rd and the size of the TV sceen was too small to watch movies at night.
