A feeling of vintage Hawaii in this comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 baths home located in a tropical garden setting just 3 minutes walk from Kailua Beach.

When you enter Kailua Beach House, the feeling of aloha surrounds you. Each room is spacious with upscale tropical accents to make you feel like you are truly at home in the islands. The feature of this new home is the 500 sq. foot covered lanai. The open beam ceiling in the great room and kitchen are enhanced by five glass doors all opening to the spacious lanai surrounded by ginger and coconut trees. Entertaining or just relaxing on the lanai is wonderful rain or shine.

Very comfortable and private one bedroom studio cottage, living/dining room, bath cottage, queen-size bed plus a/c in bedroom, laundry facility, fenced-in private garden with patio area, sleeper sofa in living room, children welcome, beach access just minutes away to the best spot on Kailua Beach!

Starting from $550.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. $500.00 cleaning fee. Additional Fees: $15.00 for each additional guest over 8 total - up to 10 total. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The unit was as advertised, Clean and well appointed. The only downside was the busy street but we were all grown enough to avoid cars when crossing the street.

If I am ever on Oahu again I would definitely try to stay at the same property.

Also, electric beach is a well hidden snorkel place that was the best.

The house was beautiful, clean and looked just like the pictures! Customer service was great! The beach located near the house is BEAUTIFUL and just a very short walk away. The best part about the trip was relaxing around the house with the famiy and hanging out at the beach. The house came with grill, beach toys, beach towels, everything you would need on your stay. We thought our location (kailua) was the best in all Oahu.

The Beach House was beautiful and comfortable. The cottage was adorable and the kids loved feeling like they were on "their own."rnPls note that there is constuction currently going on in that area, so it was very noisy throughout the day. I was told that the construction is scheduled to be completed by Jan 2007. Other than this, our stay was very pleasant.
