Starting from $525.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $1,000.00 security deposit. $450.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Lovely home. Good location. would definitely rent this home again. 2 small "irritations". There are no blinds on bedroom windows, which is fine for privacy as they are high up, but the rooms gets bright pretty early in the morning. Also, the a/c is on a timer from about 5 pm to 7 am...there were a few afternoons when it was humid and some a/c would have been welcome. Don't care much about the arrangement with a/c, but concerned that it was not reveled in the info.

The AC is on timers from 5 pm to 7 am. We have 18 tons of AC in our home and all of it is in the bedrooms so guests can sleep in comfort. The windows are also not clear glass but have a texture so there are no issues with privacy.
