Rates

Starting from $600.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $400.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The best part of the Pikake Hale was the master bedroom on the second floor. The room was all windows with a large rooftop lanai. Every morning we woke up to the sunrise peeking in above the ocean. The constant sound of the waves and the breeze through the room was paradise. The caretaker, Eddie, was great! He helped us out with anything we needed. I would reccomend this rental to anyone and would love to come back. Perefect home away from home!

There were 8 adults and 3 children (8-10) on our trip. The house , Pikake Hale, was just perfect for us. We loved the quiet beaches at Kailua and we were about 30-40 mintues away from the places that we wanted to visit. We had a wonderful Hawaiian Adventure!

We loved the beautiful beach in Kailua and the comfortable and spacious home. It was wonderful to go for daily walks/runs on the soft smooth sand. We splurged on Alan Wong's restaurant in Honolulu as a treat for the adults, and the kids loved boogie boarding, the Atlantis submarine ride, and Sea Life Park.

We loved our stay at Pikake Hale! The house was perfect for an extended family of 10 people, ages ranging from 2 to 91. Our favorite thing was the proximity to Kailua beach--just a short walk down a beach path and we were there. We also enjoyed preparing and sharing meals together. The kitchen is well equipped and big enough to accommodate a number of people.

The unit we rented was huge and huge enough to have our group of 10 not feel crowed. The house was great. Clean and well organized. Loved the location and the beach was amazing because it was clean and not overcrowed. Would certainly consider this house again although need to be more aware of the weather patterns as this side of the island sees more rain than the other and of course we got rain, 4 out of six days there. Much easier to find with a GPS as the streets in this area are not well marked and it was a little hard to find.

The proximity to the beach was fantastic, and the owners were wonderful. They had an entire notebook of pamphlets, maps, instructions waiting for our arrival, not to mention a fruit basket! There are so many things to do, that there is simply not enough time. That just makes one want to go back, and if I do, I will be staying at the Pikake Hale. Not only was the house perfectly sized, with enough room for 10 people to have plenty of space, but both the owners and my Hawaiin Beach Rental contact (Grace Roberts) worked to ensure that we had a great time.

The rental unit was clean, well supplied and we had enough space for everybody! The customer service was very good as questions were answered as soon as possible. The best part of the trip was the wedding, the sun, the beach and of course HAWAII!! Over all it was great and would LOVE to come back again and this time at MAUI maybe.

Our stay at Pikake Hale was fantastic. There were 10 of us and plenty of room for everyone. The sunsets were fantastic, didn't miss one all week. Downtown Kailua is great place for dining and shopping. Buzz's, Lucy's and Pinky's were great places to get Hawaiian flavors and delicious fresh fish. Lori and Dave were wonderful hosts and there was nothing we were missing at the house. Everything we needed was available. Dave and Lori were wonderful. The house was perfect for our family. We renewed our wedding vows on our 40th anniversary on Sunset Beach at Sunset and the day was more than we could have hoped for. We dined at Ola which was the most perfect restaurant.....open to the beach with food that is out of this world. Having the whole family together for this week was a first and hopefully it won't be the last. We were all very sad to leave but we will definately be back. I would recommend Dave and Lori's house to anyone. We lacked nothing while we stayed there and it made the perfect gathering place when we were all together. Thank you so much for one of the most memorable weeks of our lives.

What a wonderful house! The house was spacious and easily accomodated our multi-generational group. We enjoyed taking breakfast each monring in the beautiful, tropical courtyard. Having the house only a short walk from the beach, we could not resist getting up each morning and see the sunrise. Amazing place

Our family group ranged in age from 73 to 3, and there was something there for eveyone. It was the perfect spot, close to the beach, spacious, and with all the condiments and beach toys provided. The surf was perfect for amateurs, and even the three year old could enjoy riding the boogie boards. The spacious lanai was our favorite hangout, with its comfortable furniture, hot tub and its own refrigerator and gas grille. The ceiling fans kept the breezes flowing through the rooms, making them very comfortable. The owners, Dave and Lori, were very helpful in recommending places to see and eat, and how to get to other places of interest. We thought the place was perfect, and will stay here again the next time we come to Hawaii. We highly recommend Pikake Hale 10!!

Pikake Hale 10 is a beautiful home with fantastic amenities! The lanai was perfect for dinner for all of us, the jacuzzi was wonderful (even in the summer) the great room was cool and breezy, the kitchen was very well stocked - the beach is the best in the world!! We will definitly come back

Our vacation at Pikake Hale in Kailua couldn't have been more wonderful. The home is well laid out, perfectly equipped, immaculate, tastefully decorated and wonderfully located. Kailua beach is beautiful - as in Laniki, which is only minutes away. There is so much to do in Kailua, and Pikake Hale is so pleasant and relaxing, it's hard to venture to other areas of the island. We look forward to staying at Pikake Hale again!

My family and I rented Pikake Hale 10 to help celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We were extremely pleased with the accomodations, the lovely home, and the beautiful beach. The home was a great place to relax after a day of sight-seeing, or to simply spend the whole day playing and relaxing on the beach. Our only regret was that the week went by so quickly.
