Rates

Starting from $600.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $1,000.00 security deposit. $350.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

We loved the beautiful beach in Kailua and the comfortable and spacious home. It was wonderful to go for daily walks/runs on the soft smooth sand. We splurged on Alan Wong's restaurant in Honolulu as a treat for the adults, and the kids loved boogie boarding, the Atlantis submarine ride, and Sea Life Park.

We loved our stay at Pikake Hale! The house was perfect for an extended family of 10 people, ages ranging from 2 to 91. Our favorite thing was the proximity to Kailua beach--just a short walk down a beach path and we were there. We also enjoyed preparing and sharing meals together. The kitchen is well equipped and big enough to accommodate a number of people.
