terrific location with beautiful lawn fronting a wonderful beach. House is lovely, cool breezes blowing even when it gets hot out. No complaints other than the noisy birds at night as noted by others and windows that need to be fixed to open upstairs. But that doesn't dampen our enthusiasm for the location. Liked Lucy's restaurant. Definitely recommend depending on the price.
The stay here was truly amazing. The quiet neighborhood and breathtaking views make this house a true getaway. Usually by the end of my vacations I'm ready to get back home and get back in the swing of things but not this one leaving this place felt like getting my heart broken for the first time. For anyone how is considering this house I promise you won't be disappointed.
We had a great time and we loved it. The house was really perfect -but-with the birds nesting and mating in the rear hedges they were extremely loud all night long so I guess a/c would have been preferable.. Still it wouldn't stop us from renting again...we have not made the decision yet. MANAGEMENT NOTES: We are so glad you enjoyed your visit and the home! The birds mentioned are an endangered species that chose to nest near the home during this visit. They were a nuisance, unfortunately, but they seem to have moved on to other areas since they haven't been seen or heard from (thank goodness!) since.
Our family had a very restful and peaceful stay. The grounds are simply beautiful and the master bedroom view is truly the essence of tranquility. The only drawback is that if there are no tradewinds it can be really hot, since there is no air conditioning. We will definitely return here.
