The house is GREAT for families! My husband and I had 5 teenagers with us and there was more than enough room for everyone including my family that lives on Oahu when they came to visit us. We would stay at Kokokahi again!

Starting from $318.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $250.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The view from this rental is wonderful. The pool was a very nice added touch. However, the rental states that it is located in Kailua, however, it is much more like Kaneohe. A good 20 minute drive to the beach. The house was very spacious, but also very dated. The furnishings as well as kitchen amenities could use updating. In a pinch, this house met our basic needs.

EVerything's so huge....but very few furnitures which makes the house a bit poor, especially the TV set was tiny compare to the spacious living room. The good part was a great view of Kaneohe Bay.
