Enjoy seclusion and breathtaking views from this 2 acre estate overlooking the Bay. This property is ideal for family reunions, small weddings and corporate retreats. When renting the estate, a small reception of less than 25 people is fine. Three homes share the hillside: A 5 bedroom home with large kitchen, seating for 15 inside and 12 on the Lanai, a Game Room with BumperPool, Poker, Foosball and Kareoke as well as a large living room and TV Room. A 1 Bedroom Guest House over the Garage and a 3 bedroom vacation home halfway down the Driveway. A private Tennis Court with Basketball hoops, Ping-Pong, Air Hockey and all the beach gear you could want are also included.

Rates

Starting from $1,375.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $1,500.00 security deposit. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

My family had a wonderful time at the Yacht Club Estate. The patio was a great place to relax and watch the sailboats in the bay. The kids loved playing in the game room and swimming in the pool. rnrnMy fiance' and I got married at a nearby church and we held a small reception at the house. The beautiful view and colorful flowers provided the perfect backdrop to our wedding photos. There were a few afternoon showers but it didn't pose a problem because the inside was roomy enough for all of our guests. rnrnWe thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back and stay again.

Gorgeous place! Perfect for our extended family.Lots of extras from snorkeling gear down to a baby swing. Nick and Sally rate A+ for prompt and pleasant responses to any problems. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at the Yacht Club Estates. It easily accommodated our entire family. We enjoyed the pool and the large kitchen and meeting areas. The location was wonderful and peaceful. We enjoyed having entertainment areas (tennis court, foosball table, ping pong table, snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, washing machines. It was an absolutely fantastic vacation.
