The Beach Villas are located on the number 2, Honu lagoon just south of the new Aulani Disney Resort.
Our 14th floor penthouse 2 bedroom and 2 bath (sleeps 6, sofa sleeper in living room with full foam mattress, no bars or springs!, King bed in Master and 2 Twins in 2nd bedroom that can be converted to a King bed, Pack and Play Crib available) condominium has 180 degree ocean views that provide incredible picturesque sunsets.
The luxury kitchen was designed by Roy Yamaguchi and includes Sub zero and Wolf appliances. You will enjoy pocket sliding doors which move completely into the wall allowing the outside in opening up the entire condo to the ocean breezes and enchanting views. Everything is provided for your stay. A complete set of non-stick cookware, utensils, glasses, dinnerware, baking sheets and storage containers, boogie boards, beach toys, masks and snorkels are all provided for your use if you want to stay in and relax. Wi Fi and unlimited (US and Canada) local and long distance phone provided. We have a Wii game system setup in the living room along with free Netflix which has thousands of movies available. Our villa also has two parking spaces available. There are also many fabulous restaurants close by to include a Roy's here at Ko Olina. If you are a golf addict, there is a Ted Robinson 18 hole championship golf course just across the street. Please enjoy the crystal clear pools and lagoons that Ko Olina Beach Villas has to offer!.

Starting from $375.00 per night. $1,000.00 down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $1,000.00 security deposit. $300.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

We stayed here for eleven days in February for a break from the alaskan winter. We were extremely pleased with our stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas, the view was beautiful as well as the condo itself. We will try to stay here the next time we travel to Oahu and highly recommend this condo to anyone going to Hawaii. Thank you for providing us a place to unwind, relax, and enjoy the ocean views.

As we live in the UK we searched the net for a suitable holiday location where we could meet up with our daughter and hubby travelling from New Zealand. We could not have chosen better. Before, during and after our holiday Ryan could not have assisted more in making it a stress free experience. The accommodation was clean, well furnished and equipped with every modern appliance plus leisure equipment that would not normally be expected in a self-catering facility. The complex is well designed and maintained with landscaped gardens and easy access to the lagoons which are a haven of soft sand and safe clear waters. Wonderful views from the balcony - particularly the sunsets. Very well located for touring the island; no location more than a 75 minute drive. Plenty of good eateries within walking distance and many more just a short drive away. We found the local Safeways best and most convenient for groceries etc. Even the weather was very well organised! Would definitely re-visit.
