Aloha and welcome to our ocean and mountain view beach villa at the private, gated Ko Olina Resort and Marina. Approximately 27 miles west of Waikiki beach and 25 minutes from the airport. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa, which can be easily converted into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa, provides elegant, world class accommodations just steps away from the resort's private beach and ocean lagoon. Total square footage is over 1,500 sq. ft. plus an expansive 225 sq. ft. lanai (sleeps 6 to 8).

You would check in at the Front desk upon your arrival in order to obtain your electronic key cards and complimentary underground parking permit and escorted to the unit. These electronic key cards are changed after each guest. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. (sorry, strictly enforced).

The Beach Villas Ko Olina are the Island of Oahu's most exclusive and newest addition to the island's beachfront in over 25 years but what you may not know is that there are only 255 units so even when at full capacity it never feels crowded!

You would be renting a $1.5M luxurious condo with ocean, lagoon and mountain views from every window right on the beach. The owner's spent $75K furnishing it, too! What we find especially nice about this unit is that no-one can look into this unit when the main living area's full-width fully retractable sliding doors are opened unlike the units looking out into the center of the complex. The staff is so very friendly and helpful!

Not only will you be within walking distance of some of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii, four (4) private lagoons, plus two very unique swimming pools on the property. There is a lap pool that is gently heated for early morning or evening exercise. Or you can enjoy cooling off in the resort pool which offers a kiddie pool with artificial sand and salt water which is not harsh on the eyes and skin like most chlorinated pools. Of course you could also just laze around and soak up some of the many hours of Hawaii's natural sunshine. There are also three Jacuzzi pools to sit back and relax in. This is especially enjoyable in the early evening while the sun is setting. These protected beaches are not only breathtaking, but have limited access allowing guests to fully experience the magic of the islands.

All 3 bedrooms have 32" Samsung flat screen HD LCD TVs and IPOD docking stations.

Our unit features the following amenities: Floor to ceiling 16 ft. wide pocketed sliding glass doors opening to your furnished lanai, custom African mahogany cabinetry and crown molding, granite counter tops, Italian Travertine flooring throughout the entire unit including the lanai and other exotic finishes. Located at the pool area are four (4) Wolf barbecue grills available for your use on a first come first served basis.

Nearby restaurants include Chuck's Steakhouse, Kolohe's Bar & Grill , Ushio-Tei Japanese Cuisine, Naupaka Terrace, and Azul. Restaurants and activities within 10 miles of the Beach Villas include Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Safeway grocery, Longs drugstore, gas stations, Walmart, Costco and Target and one of our home town favorites - Starbucks.

As guests of the Beach Villas at Ko Olina, you are entitled to access to the JW Marriott Ihilani Resort & Spa, any of the restaurants, 24 hour business center, the Ihilani Spa and tennis courts with a reservation. You may also dine at the restaurants at the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club (Timeshare) at Lagoon 3. Since we provide our own swimming lap and pools, it is asked that our guests refrain from using any of the other pools at the JW Marriott Ihilani Resport & Spa and/or the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club (timeshare) at Lagoon 3.

Housekeeping is provided by the Ko Olina Beach Resort. Daily and interim cleaning is also available (please inquire as to rates). Should you like the twin beds converted into a very comfortable king sized bed, please let me know and I will request housekeeping to arrange this.

Complimentary shuttle service within the Ko Olina Resort & Marina is also provided by the Aloha Ambassaor based on availability. Advance notice is required.

Unfortunately, there is a seven (7) night minimum stay due to local state and HOA CC&R regulations but the owners will consider a six (6) night stay (please inquire). There are three (3) other condominium complexes within the Ko Olina Beach Resort and Marina; however, due to the same local state and HOA CC&R regulations they are only legally permitted to rent on a monthly basis.

If you have not already printed your boarding pass for your return trip, the Concierge would be more than happy to print this for you, as well as to arrange travel accommodations to the airport and/or any sightseeing events you may wish to partake.
