The grounds of the estate were immaculate. The staff did an wonderful job of keeping everything neat and clean. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Because of our schedule we arrived well after midnight. The gentleman that came out to meet us was very nice, especially since we had to call him to the gate at such a late hour. Our condo was very clean when we arrived. It is such a relief after a long trip (4000+ miles all the way from Michigan) to find such a nice home away from home. We enjoyed every day of the 2 weeks we spent there. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer!

The unit was well kept clean, and some gears for the beaches was really nice.
Also there was a lot of beautiful pictures on the wall, and I was interested in how to shoot them.

we liked kuilima estates because of the convenience of being able to cook, make coffee, wash our clothes, nice warm showers, and how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were. we liked the convenience of the beach being so close by and the upkeep of the property was very nice. we would stay there again. mr. and mrs. arthur flohr

We had a terrific two-week holiday on Oahu. The Kuilima Estates was very nice. The pool was nice and close. The customer service from Hawaaiian Beach Rentals was excellent. We used to live on Oahu, and couldn't imagine spending a vacation on Oahu in a tiny hotel room in Waikiki. So, the unit we rented was very nice. It was great to be able to explore the North Shore, although the frequent drives we took to visit the south shore and Honolulu attractions became a little long.

The unit was nicely decorated. We loved the many surfing pictures on the wall. The bed was comfortable.

My wife and I absolutely loved this place. The kitchen allowed us to cook, the living room had a beautiful view, and the loft was great. It is on the North Shore, where it was slow and quiet. Thanks

The condo was misrepresented in many ways. The manager was uncooperative and short when ask questions or for help. There was 4 lists (containing 25 catagories) of "do nots" posted in the room and charges for them. The worst was a loft bedroom that was very hot and we could not run the AC when we were out of the room. Needless to say when we returned from a hot day in the sun we had to wait 2 hours to use the bedroom. We were part of a family wedding party that spent a week there. I could not have my children or grandchildren come to the room to visit or there would be extra charges. We left a day early and payed for a hotel room just to have some comfort.

Kulima Estates 48W was great for two people. Very clean and efficient. I would definitely stay here again. Hawaii is the best vacation place in the world!

What I liked best about the unit I rented was location. It was close to many beaches for beautiful sunsets. It was easty to visit all the areas of Oahu, yet return to a quiet condo located on the beautiful golf course of Turtle Bay. Walking distance to the Turtle Bay resort with many fine restaurants, bargs, and ocean views.

Aloha! We loved our stay at Kuilima estates and the North Shore!! we went there to relax and we did. Turtle Bay resort is really nice too and we have access to all there installations except the pool! Customer service is excellent! Next time I go there...I want to surf!! Mahalo

* Mark & Jeri were very cool folks...they were very helpful and answered all the crazy questions we asked them. * Customer Service we received pretty much everywhere on the island was fabulous! Everyone were all very friendly. * The best part of my(our) trip was enjoying the beautiful beaches, basking in the sun and relaxing. * The best restaurant - well it was Giovanni's Shrimp Truck by far! The Shrimp Scampi is to die for!!! * The best picture I took of me (us) pretty much everywhere - there are so many beautiful spots to take the perfect photo. * I can't wait to tell all my friends that....we'll be back again in the next year or two! * The advice to someone else staying at this unit would be that you can relax and not stress about other guests bothering you or whatever - you have a lot of privacy. * The best "insider tip" I received while on my trip was where to go, what time to go and not go. * I didn't have time this trip, but next trip to Hawaii I'm looking forward to...hiking Diamond Head, Parasailing, Canoeing, Kayaking and so much more. We were very impressed with the condo in general ( location, security, comfort and the response from your staff). We went to pick up our son that graduated from BYU Hawaii so it was very convenient to go to campus and to go to the beaches on the North shore. We enjoyed the restaurants on Turtle Bay, mainly the Sunday buffet. We also tried the Acai bowl right across the street from Foodland. We went to Haleiwa to eat and to go on a deep sea fishing. My husband and son caught two Wahoos. We already referred the Kuilima Estates to our friends that are going to Laie in October. Thank you very much for everything and we hope to go back in a near future. Ester Golladay

We had a truely great week. If you really want to enjoy Oahu, this is the only place to stay. The North Shore is where everyone wants to go, but if you stay in Waikiki, you have to drive for an hour or more to get here. We had breakfast at Ted's bakery hours of snorkeling in at Shark's Cove, Waimea Bay and Three Tables before the city crowd arrived. Clean secure unit on the grounds of the Turtle Bay Hilton. We will stay there again.

We loved staying at Kuilima Estatess #48W. The place had just been updated and the furnishings were just perfect! Very hip and comfortable.
