Starting from $375.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $1,000.00 security deposit. $375.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Guest Rating:

The house has artistic architectural design, lovely landscaping, and breathtaking views of Lanikai beach and the Mokuluas from several rooms and decks. The sea breeze was refreshing day and night. One of the decks has hooks for a hammock and it would have been an added touch if one had been available. The outdoor shower head needs some work to get it to stay in place. Overall, it was a fabulous place- absolutely first class.
