Starting from $2,850.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $2,500.00 security deposit. $895.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. What I liked best about the unit I rented was furnishings. And I was enchanted by the beauty of the scenery from this house.

The house is fabulous and has a breathtaking view. A big plus was having 5 bedrooms with baths in all of the rooms. Each bedroom has a TV and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the house was well stocked with extra towels.

A few more lounge chairs by the pool would have been nice. I would also recommend stocking the house with some beach toys for kids since a beach is within walking distance.
