Gated for privacy, the home offers 5 bedrooms including a lavish master suite, a spacious kitchen with top of the line appliances, living and dining spaces. The infinity pool overlooks the turquoise water of Lanikai bay and the attached spa makes for a relaxing evening enjoying the Hawaiian trade winds and view of the Kailua city lights. A trip down the 101 steps lands you on a small private sandy beach reserved for residents and guests. Lanikai and Kailua beaches are only moments away by car. Wake up to magnificent sunrises and the feeling that you are on top of the world.

Inquire for nightly rate. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $3,000.00 security deposit. $750.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The house is fabulous and has a breathtaking view. A big plus was having 5 bedrooms with baths in all of the rooms. Each bedroom has a TV and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the house was well stocked with extra towels.

Room for improvement: when we arrived a few items were not functioning: the downstairs toilet (the only one downstairs) wasn't working, a lot of the indoor and outdoor lights were out, the hot tub wasn't working, but was fixed by the second day. Hawaiian beach rentals was extremely responsive and had everything fixed immediately.

A few more lounge chairs by the pool would have been nice. I would also recommend stocking the house with some beach toys for kids since a beach is within walking distance.

The biggest downside to this house is that the family room furniture is VERY uncomfortable. For a large 5 bedroom home, one would expect a more comfortable space in which to relax. A simple solution would be a big sectional cou
