This spacious Lanikai studio apartment is situated within a mountain-side home far from the crowds of Waikiki. The sounds of the ocean and tropical birds are ever-present. The fresh island decor of the apartment is perfectly complemented by the cool tiles that run throughout the unit. Enjoy your own private patio and large (75' by 20') private lawn. Down at the beach, spectacular sunrises await you every morning and equally beautiful moon rises in the evening. The much-photographed Mokulua Islands lie just beyond the protective reef that make Lanikai Beach perfect for snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, surfing, windsurfing and kite-boarding. Equipment for those activities and more can be rented only 10 minutes drive away at Kailua Sailboards and Kayaks.

Starting from $125.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 45 days before check-in $250.00 security deposit. $75.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

* What I liked best about the unit I rented was that it was well maintained and equipped, clean, and cheerful.
* The customer service I received was excellent. The owners were friendly and helpful.
* The best part of my trip was walking to the nearby beach in the morning to watch the sunrise.

* The best picture I took was of myself (us) On the beach at Moku Nui after kayaking out there.
* I can't wait to tell all my friends that Oahu is my new favorite island.
* My advice to someone else staying at this unit would be bring a GPS to help navigate around the island was very useful.
* The part of my trip I would definitely recommend to others is Exploring the less traveled parts of Oahu.
* The best "insider tip" I received while on my trip was macadamia pancake breakfast at Boots & Kimo
* I didn't have time this trip, but next trip I'm looking forward to more hiking in the mountains

The location is great. Just a short pleasant walk to he beach for the beautiful sunrise. No buildings around any higher than a palm tree... very quiet and laid back. The owners are there if you need them to answer any questions, but most of the time you cannot tell they are there. The best restaurants are Halewia Joes in Kaneohe, Maui Taco and Lanikai Juice in Kailua. We also enjoyed the Paradise Cove Luau. Hopefully, we can come back soon and enjoy the Lanikai Sunrise again.
