The home is perfect for kids with a back room that is separate from the main areas. The rooms are small but clean. The renter on the property is wonderful and helpful and very respectful of our privacy.
The only improvement we can think of would be to have air conditioning available during the hot summer. Any other time of year it is not an issue and we would more than likely stay there again.("Managers Notes: Maluhia is located on the Windward side where the trade winds blow 90% of the year, and in an effort to be as green as possible we continue to rely on our natural ocean breezes. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan and the master bedroom with a window A/C unit.")
The Maluhia is a wonderful house. It is well stocked. We were in need of nothing. The pool was great and the rental agency was extremely professional and well organized.
Each of us found our niche in Maluhia. We were a three generational group, and we each found the
privacy we needed. The house was wonderfully
equipped for eating, swimming, reading and relaxing. It was near the beaches, so we could
enjoy the ocean with ease. Perfect!
Everything was absolutely perfect - it was wonderful being home again and the Maluhia was the perfect home to have. Look forward to returning, thank you so very much!!!
We had a wonderful stay at Maluhia. I do think the hot tub should be in working condition for guest use! ("Managers Note: this home is not advertised with a hot tub and is not longer on property site.")
This home was so full of character and we enjoyed it immensely. The kitchen is simply great and as shell lovers we were excited to see such beautiful ones displayed. There were four couples including my husband and I and all of us have done extensive traveling.. everyone agreed that this was a great place and that we would stay again should we return. Mahalo.
