Description

This is a Studio Conversion to a one bedroom. A high quality remodel with slab granite, stainless steel appliances, tile floors and a large tiled shower. It has 2 Flat screen TV's, one in bedroom and one in living room. It also has an MP3 dockable stereo. There is a Full size bed in the bedroom and two futons in the living room - one Queen & one Full size. The total remodel added an inviting kitchen and comes complete with all cooking and entertainment utensils. It was completed in April 2009 and all new furnishings added.
This incredibly popular condo has a an amazing 7th floor beach/ocean view lanai so you can watch the whales during their migration and sea turtles are everywhere. Great sunrise views and one of the best beaches on the island. It is great for swimming and snorkeling and it is safe all year since it is protected by a barrier reef that is 200 yards from shore.Take a stroll along the beach, take a dip in the pool or continue your daily exercise in the workout room. Whatever comes to mind is either here or close by. Located on the sparsely populated "windward" side of Oahu this property immerses you in the natural beauty of the rural side of Oahu yet is close enough to enjoy an excursion to world famous Waikiki Beach. The Polynesian Cultural Center is 8 minutes from this property, as well as adequate shopping, site-seeing on the North Shore or a trip to Koolau Ranch for some horseback riding.

Starting from $165.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $250.00 security deposit. $150.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

This was a trip of a lifetime for my husband and me. We had a wonderful time, the beach was beautiful and private. There were several great places to eat - The Crouching Lion, Jameson's by the Sea - just to name a few. The condo was quiet, secluded and had a killer view for sunrises. Real close to several other great beaches to watch amazing sunsets. If you are looking for a place to truly get away for some much needed R&R, we highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful stay. Our unit was beautiful. We had everything we needed. From Beach chairs, coolers and all new appliances. The view was stunning. We saw whales right from our balcony. The beach was beautiful. I swam with a sea turtle and saw lots of fish while snorkeling. The water was calm and warm. I could walk for ever on the beach. I can't wait to come back. Sunrises were amazing. We hiked the Loop which was a nice hike and a good workout.
The best part of my stay was the quiet, peacful area and beach. We love Hawelia Joes restaurant. Food and service was great.
If you like relaxing, peace and quite then this is the place to stay! Pack lightly as the unit had a washer and dryer and all you really needed was swim suits, shorts, sweater and 1 dressy outfit. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed our stay. It was like a home away from home. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Although we frequented the local shrimp trucks and other delightful eating spots, it was nice to be able to prepare some of the world's freshest foods in a great kitchen.
The best part of my trip was diving and hearing 'whale music'. Haleiwa was a great place to hang out.
I will miss the Maui sweet onion chips....

I will be back again and again.
