The customer service left something to be desired. We arrived late in the evening on Sunday. The parking pass was not inside our unit as it was supposed to be. We called our rep and he said "don't worry about it tonight and tomorrow you can get it from the property manager". It was NOT easy getting a hold of the property manager. We wandered around the complex 4 times throughout the day looking for this man. We would find a random employee who would tell us to come back in a few hours when he might be around. There was no office or simple way to get a hold of him. Also our gas stove didn't work and he was kind enough to fix it even though he told us it wasn't his job to fix it. The rep from HomeAway said the property manager was supposed to do it.

Comment by Owner/Manager:
The resident property manager lives on site, but he is not responsible for parking passes or apartment repairs since each apartment is individually owned and operated by different agents. Guests should contact their rental/booking agent directly if they have any concerns.
