1. The location was great. 2. The customer service was excellent. 3. My advice to someone else staying in the unit is to buy coffee at Starbucks. The coffee maker was broken. Also, there needs to be some general maintenance performed on the unit. There were broken tiles in the kitchen.
The condo was sufficiently large for our needs, and was as good as it looked on from the website pictures. I am impressed with your CRM system in terms of e-mail notification, directions, and this customer survey. You guys do a nice job.

The rental property was great. Next time I visit the North Shore I will be looking to get back into this unit. Very clean, right next to the Turtle Bay resort at a much better price. With four people in our party we would have to have rented two rooms which would have been double the price. Aloha!!!! See you next year.
