Kuilima Estates is nestled in the center of one of the two championship 18 hole golf courses on the grounds of The Turtle Bay Resort. The Estates are only minutes away from the beach where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, snorkeling, or just plain relaxing on the miles of pristine sandy beaches. In addition to beach activities, the resort area also offers golf, horseback riding, tennis, shopping, fine dining, and entertainment. Waikiki and its many attractions are only an hour away. Within the Estates are five sparkling pools and four regulation tennis courts. You will find your condo spacious and well equipped - a full size kitchen, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, telephone, and cable TV. Enjoy the fabulous sunsets from your own lanai. You may choose to cook a gourmet meal in your condo, or barbecue at one of the outdoor facilities by the pools. Several nearby restaurants offer a variety of dining experiences. North Shore beaches offer world famous surfing & wind surfing spots - Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and Banzai Pipeline.

Starting from $135.00 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $200.00 security deposit. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Finding and renting a condo unit through Hawaiian Beach Rentals was convenient and hassle-free, from the online reservation system (both booking and payment), to check-in and check-out once we were on Oahu. The unit we rented was accurately represented on the website, with no unpleasant surprises. It is located within the Turtle Bay property, which was nice because we were walking distance from the resort's public beach and restaurants. The condo complex is nice because it has parking, pools, and BBQ grills for the guests to use. The unit itself is decorated very nicely and had most everything we needed during our stay. However, there were two things about this unit that made our stay somewhat unpleasant. The first is that it is a studio unit with a lofted sleeping area. Because of this, the heat made it difficult to have a restful night of sleep. Thank goodness for the air conditioner, which we ended up running all night, every night. The other issue was the bugs. We're nature-loving, bug-tolerant people, but the number of bugs in the unit was definitely a problem. We encountered a giant cockroach the first night of our stay, and met the rest of its extended family throughout the rest of the week. There were also tiny bugs all over the kitchen area that would get into everything--the appliances, cabinets, even the fridge! Later, we realized that the screen doors weren't installed straight, so it wasn't serving its purpose of keeping the bugs out. Overall, the vacation was relaxing and enjoyable, but we will definitely avoid staying in this unit again.

This was a good place to stay value wise. It is not luxurious by any stetch, just comfortable and well maintained. There were issues with things like bugs being all over inside the unit, which is probably pretty common around there, and limited hot water for taking showers. If you like to play golf this a a really convenient place, however it was a little far from shops, restaurants, etc. it you needed something. Nice place overall to stay for a couple days, however I'd find nicer accomodations if you plan on being around for a while or are traveling for a special occasion.
