Starting from $535.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $300.00 security deposit. $350.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The Sunset Big House was perfect for large family gathering. There was a ping pong table also surf boards and bike's to ride to the beach. Lots of nice beaches, but lhave to drive to beaches also the traffic is very busy.

The beach is 300meters down the road and it is spectacular. There are other beaches you can drive to, that is true, but it is not necessary.
We had a very nice family reunion vacation. The rental house was rated "good", not higher because of some of the small things that were not functioning when we checked in (mostly lighting issues). The contact people were very nice, but by the end of the week, most of the non functional lights were still not functional! Think it just must be "relaxed island living attitude". Having no AC in a house with unvented skylights is also not optimal. These skylights were in the main living area and the whole house really heated up every afternoon...just like a solar cooker! Suggest the owner install AC or vent the skylights! (That is from one who doesn't have AC at home and lives in hot, humid SE Ohio!)
