Description
Time slows when the hand carved entrance doors open to welcome you to the Tropical Oasis. Breathe in the floral - scented air from the tropically landscaped grounds overlooking one of the worlds most beautiful shorelines as you enter a home worthy of its name. Created over a ten year period by an artist who traveled the world; this home provides you with a sense of peace and tranquility. Walking forward through the home on the custom koa floors drink in the quiet repose while admiring the art collected throughout Asia and the Pacific Rim and displayed for your pleasure. The stairs to your left lift you to the kitchen and main living room both open to the outdoor gardens and views of the Pacific Ocean crashing below. The kitchen has custom designed mahogany cabinets and top of the line gas appliances with a long granite counter that allows you to take part in the festivities in the main living room with travertine tiled floors that opens onto the first lanai. This lanai is also finished in travertine tiles and dividing walls are low glass so that no view is denied you. The steps leading down from this lanai open to the pool and the lower gardens. The pool is designed to continue the feeling of luxury and the surrounding pool scape is finished in travertine. The pool is saltwater and can be heated at a temperature preferred by you. You will note the private heated shower includes a full bathroom for your convenience while using the pool or outdoor kitchen area. This kitchen is complete with gas grill, top of the line refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and the adjoining table seats eight. Enjoy dining alfresco while enjoying the warm pool waters each evening. The two master suites are to the right of the entryway and the first has telescoping shutters that can be moved back to provide you with stunning garden/pool and ocean views. Artwork from Asia adorns the walls and adds to the otherworldly feeling. Open the door of the bathroom and be awed by the artwork sitting atop the granite counters. Then decide if you want to enjoy the separate shower or the over sized Jacuzzi tub. Recessed lighting provides a soft ambiance to the quiet zen mood of this delightful suite. The second master suite opens to garden views and also enjoys art displayed under the soft recessed lights. The bathroom repeats the pampering by providing you with separate shower and tub also adorned with artwork. Downstairs is the media room with a flat screen television and surround sound for your enjoyment. Comfortable seating provides an area perfect for games, movies, and music can be enjoyed throughout the home with adjustments in each room for sound. On the lower level are two additional bedrooms, both including art, ceiling fans and televisions for personal enjoyment. You will also find a full laundry room with washer/dryer. There is a very strict enforced policy here that there are to be no more than 8 total guests on this property at any time. No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. POOL RULES ALSO STRICTLY ENFORCED, NO DIVING FROM OR CLIMBING ON PLANTERS AROUND POOL!!! COMPLETE SET OF POOL RULES WILL BE GIVEN TO GUEST UPON ARRIVAL.
