Welcome to the peaceful side of Oahu - far away from the crowds at Waikiki. Our one bedroom condo in the newly renovated Pats at Punaluu building has it all! A completely remodeled kitchen with updated cabinets and stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer in the unit, a King Size bed in the bedroom ans a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy your coffee on the large lanai as you watch the sun rise over the ocean. Stroll along the calm, peaceful beach directly in front of the building- literally steps away or take a dip in the oceanfront pool. You can enjoy snorkling, swimming playing in the sand or just doing absolutely nothing on the pristine and uncrowded beach. Haleiwa, Polynesian Culture Center, Laie and the North Shore are just minutes away along one of the most scenic drives in Hawaii. Close to shopping, movie theaters and restaurants.

Rates

Starting from $130.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 75 days before check-in Security deposit varies. $55.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
