Starting from $200.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

I would actually give it 3.5 stars. The inside of the unit was nicely remodeled with the exception of the fixtures in the shower. It was wonderful to have a washer/dryer in the unit, but it is very loud. It was still a little warm even with the windows open and the ceiling fans on. It was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking our own dinner instead of always eating out. A small BBQ grill might have been nice. A couple of extra pillows would have also been good. All in all, we had a wonderful trip. It was quite enjoyable to be out of the hustle and bustle of the hotels on Waikiki. Thank you!!
