Starting from $350.00 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in $500.00 security deposit. 4% processing fee. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Great to have air-conditioning. Great to be able to walk to beach, which was beautiful and not crowded. Nice to have laundry soap and dish soap provided, as well as some kitchen staples like salt/pepper, sugar, coffee filters.

We loved the home! There was my family (6) and 2 friends and the house accomodated all of us with no problem. The bedroom on the ground floor was very private. The beach was only a short walk away and we actually used the public access a few streets over to walk to the beach. The kids rode the bikes to the beach on the bike trail nearly every day. It is a very safe neighborhood and we felt right at home. We will definitely return again and stay at Home Sweet home!
