The complete, fully-equipped kitchen includes All appliances, pots and pans, and utensils for the true culinarian. There is a gas barbecue in the back Courtyard with teak table and chairs for eight, and the Large Dining Room Table inside will comfortably accommodate eight to ten people.
Outdoor Patio Seating in the back Courtyard is Private. Also Outdoors is a Hot Shower and another toilet with a mountain view. You can take Ten Steps to a Five mile plus Walk, Bike, or Running Trail Along the Coast.
Pipeline to Sunset beach and other legendary surf spots are within walking distance from the property during winter months for World Class Surfing from November thru March.
Smaller, family-friendly waves for swimming and snorkeling are prominent in the summer months. It's just steps from your front door to famous Rocky Point Surf Beach.
It is Less than One Mile to the Surfing Meccas of Sunset Beach, Back-door, Pupukea and Banzai Pipeline; Two Miles to Shark's Cove and Waimea Bay snorkling Beaches, and within Three Miles of Velzyland, Jocko's, and Chun's Reef.
During the summer months, snorkeling, skin-diving, kayaking, mountain biking, and windsurfing are enjoyed here. There are also many hiking trails along the hills that surround these beaches. Of course world class golf and horse back ridding are avalible 6 miles north at the Turtle Bay Resorrt Hotel. |
