Turtle Bay Ocean Villa 108 - Over all I really enjoyed the amenities offered by the unit. It definitely lived up to the billing of gourmet cooking, excellent TV, Internet, beautiful bathrooms, snorkeling equipment, and fun outdoor barbecuing.

My parents in law had fun walking every day on the beach and around the Turtle Bay resort. I ended up visiting many of the local grocery stores, Ted's Bakery, Saturday's Open Market at Pipeline, sending my children to Surrat Surfing School with Uncle Bryan, and definitely enjoying Waimea Park Beach, watching my wife and kids jumping off the cliff there like experienced divers, and of course sucked in the one of a king dolphin show at noon time while they are busy nursing their babies. All in all such a great vacation.

There are a few things that I wanted to share with you:
1. The cleaning service was not that great: we found some ring a round traces in the toilets, kitchen not entirely clean
2. Lots of light bulbs were not working, and when we called we were told to wait for a week
3. I ended going to the store and purchased a bunch of light bulbs to replace for the unit myself
4. The special desk lamp in the living room was not functioning
5. We would definitely pay more for better cleaning and support service for the unit to make it a perfect vacation
6. We were assigned a parking spot but others keep using ours, so we had to use the guest parking space

All in all we really enjoyed the experience and would recommend this unit to others.

Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay 314 - The condo unit was absolutely awesome! It was very comfortable, and so close to the beach/pool. The unit was very well equiped, all we had to get was a few groceries and that was it. One thing we would have saved time not doing was getting groceries in Honolulu when we arrived. The traffic is very conjested around Honolulu and Waikiki, instead there was a Foodland just between Waimea and Turtle Bay that has everything you may need and it's only a short drive to the condo this way. We really loved being up at the NorthShore for there were many beaches to visite, especially liked Waimea Bay Beach Park. It was more laided back up at the NorthShore, and if you wanted to go out of the resort it was only a short drive elsewhere. We had a great dinner at LeiLei's Restaurant at the Golf course at Turtle Bay. Before we went to Oahu we bought a book called "Oahu Revealed" 2nd Edition, Andrew Doughty. The book was very helpful with maps of the whole island, and lots of information on activities, things to do and see in the area you are staying, etc. This is definately a place we would like to return too, just maybe a bit longer next time!!

Kuilima Estates 62W - The unit was smaller than expected, but worked out good for our small size family. We enjoyed the location and peacefullness it had to offer.

Turtle Bay Ocean Villa 108 - Hi,

The Turtle Bay Villas are terrific. We would return in a heartbeat. The unit was clean, fresh, well appointed, with good views and access. The best restaurant is Ola right on the beach. The North Shore is great, and we thoroughly enjoyed the big surf along it, particularly the Banzai Pipeline and Sunset Beach. As tourist attractions, we did not care for either the Polynesian Center or Dole Plantation -- pretty touristy and overpriced. While Turtle Bay is pricey, we thought it was good value. We're not golfers, but the two courses looked to be well laid out and maintained. The people were very courteous and helpful.

Turtle Bay Ocean Villa 108 - My family and I loved this unit! There was plenty of room for the kids and the adults to spread out. The location, close to the pool and the beach, was perfect! We loved the sunsets and hearing the waves at night! We had great food at Ola's. It was an added bonus to have the snorkel equipment in the unit. The North Shore is the best! Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing vacation!

Kuilima Estates 62W - Our weekend get away at Kuilima Estates West 62 was wonderful!! We were very pleased from the time we started inquiring about accommodations for our weekend till leaving the premises, that we have only had positive words of gratitude. The staff who helped and the member at the condo were nothing but helpful assuring us with the utmost detail and description as to what needed to be done and how to get there. The contract was very explicit and informative. We were very pleased with the site itself that was surprisingly equipped with items beyond our expectations. The only regret we had was that the blinds were missing slats which revealed our whereabouts inside the home during the evenings and allowed the beautiful bright but HOT afternoon sun through. Other than that, we found it very convenient for us to be in that location. It was quiet and we felt very secluded which made it relaxing for us. We appreciated the kind gesture from Thomas Matthews which enabled us to enjoy our stay to the fullest extent. Mahalo! I would definitely recommend your company to others as well as utilize the facilities in the future. Thank you for you thoroughness and follow through with this process. Kuilima Estates 62W - Nice unit, great view of the golf course and easy access to the resort areas.

Kuilima Estates 23W - We were very happy with our stay at 23W. There were amenities not listed in the contract that were a pleasant surprise, such as internet access and the barbeque. We will definitely consider staying there again and will refer our friends and family to stay at Kuilima Estates.

Kuilima Estates 64E - My wife and I and our two friends really enjoyed the stay at Turtle Bay .The lovely gardens and couteous security made for an excellent relaxing holiday. Thankyou
