We had a splendid time and especially enjoyed watching the turtles on the beach. For us, getting out of the commerical Hawaii allowed us to experience the real Hawaii. The old Sugar Mill was a real find.

The bathroom outlets did not work. The shower heads in both bathrooms should be replaced, full of water scale and to much pressure. It would actually hurt. The floor in front of the bed by the so called "lanai" was coming up. I guess it was laminate. The second weekend we were their someone in a condo had an all night sleepover/fishing party, two days later all you could smell was fish guts. Very nasty. Other than that it was very quite most of the time.
