I really enjoyed our unit 404 at Royal Hale. However, with two bedrooms you would assume that atleast 4 people will be staying there. In fact, the description says sleeps up to 8. Why would there be so little seating for 4 people. The couch and chair fit 3 comfortably and the bar area has 3 barstools. We were never able to sit together to dine unless we went outside to the patio tables. One of the main reasons we choose this type of accomodation is because we cook alot. Other than that, it was a beautifully appointed flat. thanks P.s. I loved the quaint and quiet town!

The rental unit was very beautifully updated. All the upgrades you have or want for at home. The views were magnificant from the unit. Location was good for all the surfing areas you need. Found a great place that rented boards that were in really good shape for only $10.00 a day. The weather could have been better but it is their winter at Christmas also. We found sun south on the island though. Only complaints we had about the Royal Hale 404 is it really need to be sprayed for bugs. I understand it comes with the climate but we have the same problems with bugs in Arizona and it could be controlled more with spraying or by the little vents by the windows being fixed so that they close. Also the place really could use some blinds to keep the light out in the morning. We used all the sleeping arrangements provided so those that were not in the bedroom really didn't get to sleep in much. Other than that the place was good. Really enjoyed it much more than Waikiki. No crowds to deal with.

We really loved your place and would definately be interested in staying there again...as long as more fans are purchased. The back room definately needs a fan on each side of the bed for the summer or a ceiling fan. My parents were pretty warm in there. Also, if you invested in one of those security screens that would be a great idea also. WE loved the proximity of the place to everything on the North Shore. Thank you.

The Royal Hale 404 is great as it is right on the beach and we listened to and looked at the ocean day and njght. The pool area is also wonderful at the end of the day and we enjoyed cooking on the gas grills provided--complete with tiki lights.

The unit was wonderful. We especially liked the view, two baths, flat screen TV and beach with turtle show in the early evening. Beach towels, rafts and a cooler for our use was also a great addition. The condo was very clean and modern and was a perfect size for a family of two adults and two older teenagers. Once we found the nearest town we loved it! Jamesons was a great place to eat as was Breakers. We also enjoyed the seafood restaurant and watching the turtle show near the famous bridge while we waited for our table. The prices in town were also reasonable and the townfolk were very nice and helpful (even giving us an insider tip about a beach where we could go at night to watch the turtles sleep on the shore). Next trip we will come back in the winter when the waves are in true form to watch the surfers.
