The house is clean, organized, and well maintained. It also was fully stocked with beach toys and gear for kids and families. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay very much and had plenty of room in this cute house.

What a beautiful place - our family had a wonderful stay there - watching sea turtles swim just in front of the house. We got up for the sunrises every morning, swam, snorkeled, kayaked and hiked. It was a perfect vacation! We look forward to our return visit.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and clean. It was quiet and provided a very homey environment. My daughter was not feeling well so we ended up spending quite a bit of time in the unit - fortunately, the garden was sunny and a beautiful spot to read while she rested. Good for those looking to relax and just be!

Our stay in your condo on Oahu in Kuilima Estates 48W was very nice. However, I wished that I had thought about
taking a loft unit. It was a little hard to go down the stairs at 2:30 in the morning to go to the bathroom. The stairs
were a little steep and dark! The kitchen was well equiped. However, the utinsils were cheap and showed signs of rust
after washing in the dishwasher. I would suggest that owner invest in a hair dryer for the ladies. We have traveled all
over Europe and have never stayed where a hair dryer was not provided. One other thing.... I would suggest that Kuilima
Estate provide their guests with propane BBQ, instead of charcoal units. It would be so much more convenient for your
guests! One more thing.... it might be suggested that someone mention to the manager, who's unit is just below 48W,not to smoke marijuana when there is a guest staying in the unit above. One night... the sent was so strong, we had to close the sliding glass doors and turn on the air conditioner.

The location ,the yard and the service was excellent.The house grows on you over time but it really is in an unacceptable state of repair.The porch is outright dangereous due to the wood splitting and the beach furniture is all old ,rosty and moldy. In addition the bathroom in the master bedroom is barely functional due to its size and the hot water sometimes comes on and sometimes it does not.
I cannot recommend this to any of my friends despite the outstanding location.In fact I was a bit embaressed to have invited my brother from Switzerland .

This house was absolutely beautiful. The location exceeded our expectations...right on the ocean, house very clean, and within walking distance to two beautiful beaches. We rarely had to drive anywhere. Great snorkeling at both beaches. We appreciated all the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella that were provided. There is a grocery store within walking distance which was convenient for extra needed items, but I would suggest doing most of your shopping at the Costco right off the freeway as you head to Northshore (I would highly advise to save money). I would also advise Ted's Bakery just up the highway a bit by Sunset Beach...yummy homebaked goods. The only suggestion I would make as far as the rental unit goes, is to fix the electric gate by the street - we would have liked to close it every night for safety/privacy reasons. We noticed most homes along the coast in this area had their gates closed. If you want a quiet, laid-back, spend quality time with family, read-a-book vacation...then this is the place for you! It truly holds the essence of Hawaiian culture and relaxed lifestyle, definitely worlds away from the busy city of Honolulu.

The unit was spotlessly clean with everything in it that we needed. The owners made sure that when we arrived there was coffee and fruit available as well as cleaning products. The home was spacious and so peaceful. Our landlord was available at all times for questions but did not intrude on our holiday. A perfect host. The best part of the trip was the peace, tranquillity and the beautiful beaches. We did not find a restaurant that was memorable. I would have not problem recommending this home and Oahu to friends who truly need a break and for those who want a more active holiday.

The assistance I received in renting a unit was awesome. Thanks to Sion for recommending the Hau Tree! This was my 4th time back to the island, but the first time for my three friends. They were amazed at how beautiful the North Shore is. Having a private beach right off the house was by far what we enjoyed the most about the Hau Tree. Watching the whales each morning and snorkeling was just great. We couldn't have asked for a better time of year to visit. Three of the four of us are military so the trip to Pearl Harbor was fantastic. This was my 3rd visit to the memorial, but I enjoy and appreciate it more each time. It was nice to have Schofield Barracks close by for groceries and other things we needed. The PCC did not disappoint for a second time and first time for my friends. We met some amazing students who work their. To better understand the Polynesian Culture everyone should visit the PCC. The only recommendation I have is to put wireless access in the unit instead of using Jamie's router. There were days his didn't give us access. We used the computer quite a bit for booking reservations, directions, opening and closing times, etc. Otherwise the visit was great and the Hau Tree has already been put on the list for a repeat visit. However, we want to experience another island so we'll definitely be using your service again.

What I liked best about Blue Water Estate is that it had a place for my 89-year-old mother-in-law to sit that did NOT expose her to the sun (she has a lot of skin cancer problems) yet DID expose her to the ocean! Awesome "back porch"!

I also loved having 4 separate bedrooms, so people could get away from each other, but still lots of "common area" for us to come together.

My advice to someone else staying here is "Be prepared to fall in love!"
