The unit was perfect! Great views and in great shape! Very close to all of the attractions on North shore. Great getaway from the big city!

Lanikai Tradewinds was a great house to rent for a family. The location is fantastic -- two blocks from one of the nicest beaches I have ever seen, with kayaking opportunities to the offshore islands. The town of Kailua is only a mile away -- just close enough to be convenient, and far enough that we felt like we were in an exotic locale. The owner is on the property and is incredibly helpful and friendly. The house itself is very nice (not super fancy, but that's what we like best) and has AC in the two main bedrooms. In the small bedroom off the main bedroom, there is a fan that we used for the kids (twin two year olds). Nice garden to sit in and for kids to play in, as well as front porch and front yard.

Again, GREAT location. We are heading back next year!

* Mark & Jeri were very cool folks...they were very helpful and answered all the crazy questions we asked them. * Customer Service we received pretty much everywhere on the island was fabulous! Everyone were all very friendly. * The best part of my(our) trip was enjoying the beautiful beaches, basking in the sun and relaxing. * The best restaurant - well it was Giovanni's Shrimp Truck by far! The Shrimp Scampi is to die for!!! * The best picture I took of me (us) pretty much everywhere - there are so many beautiful spots to take the perfect photo. * I can't wait to tell all my friends that....we'll be back again in the next year or two! * The advice to someone else staying at this unit would be that you can relax and not stress about other guests bothering you or whatever - you have a lot of privacy. * The best "insider tip" I received while on my trip was where to go, what time to go and not go. * I didn't have time this trip, but next trip to Hawaii I'm looking forward to...hiking Diamond Head, Parasailing, Canoeing, Kayaking and so much more. What I liked best about the rental was it's cleanliness and convenient location. The best restaurant we found for breakfast was Cinnamon's Restaurant (http://www.cinnamonsrestaurant.com), less than 2 miles away from Plumeria studio. Guesthouse has many maps and menus of the local restaurants in the area. My advice to someone else staying at this unit would be to turn on the AC before bedtime, turn off at bedtime and sleep with all windows/doors open.

Anyway, it was a wonderful house Pikake Hale 10.
We have spended a very very very wonderful time.
The orner is very very kind.
We wish to express our gratitude for the orner and Vacation Rental Agent.

Because the time of the airplane, we have gone out the house early morning.
I'm sorry that it is not possible to meet to the orner.
Please give my best regards to him.

I would like to go again at the next year.

This unit was very clean and had all of the amenities. Everything was pretty new. It was very quiet. One bedroom was downstairs, which gave us some extra privacy and space. In the entire week we were there, there were usually no more than 5 other folks at the pool at a time. Enough other kids to play with, but not packed. We liked the North Shore beaches a LOT. We usually stay in Waikiki and really liked how beautiful (picture postcard) but less crowded the beaches are. I take a lot of massages. The one I received at the Turtle Bay resort was the BEST massage I have ever had. It was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't take as long to get the Turtle Bay as I feared it would. After a 5 hour plane ride, the last thing I wanted was a long drive. It took about 50 minutes, but it was a pretty and easy drive. I would absolutely go hear again.

It was great! The family - from ages 14 mos to 72 yrs old enjoyed it thoroughly! To find the house completely 'furnished' was a very pleasant surprise - The views - from the Mokuluas to Kaneohe was awesome - the 'honus' added a very special touch! Watching for them and seeing them was very special... Kia'aina was extremely gracious! He is very good at his job! Needless to say, I will recommend the Ocean House to everyone with large families! It was perfect! Mahalo1

This is a great place to stay with your family. Only minutes away from a beach, and you have a small beach of your own. The view from the deck is the best, watching the sunset and rise.
