Happy Kailua Beach House

We had a wonderful time in Hawaii. The scenery is fantastic, the weather gorgeous. The rental was clean & well equipped, and suited our needs very well. We absolutely loved being walking distance to such a beautiful beach. We appreciated having boogie boards, beach chairs and towels there, so we could start enjoying the beach first thing. A nice way to get over jet lag. It's hard to pick a favorite part of our trip. Our favorite scenic drive would be going from Kailua to Hanauma Bay. We loved snorkeling in Shark's Cove, and boogie boarding there in Kailua/Kalama beach. Our favorite food was banana macademia nut pancakes at Boots & Kimo's, and the shave ice at Kokonuts in Koko Marina Shopping Center. (I know, not exactly high brow tastes, but what do you expect w/4 kids? :) I would definitely recommend this house and rental agency to my friends. My only suggestions to improve the rental would be to add drying racks/clothes lines, and measuring spoons in the kitchen. You can tell we had a great time, if these were our "biggest" issues! Thanks for a superb 20th anniversary vacation!

Hale O Ke Kai

Our family, consisting of 8 mo & 5 yr old boys, 2 twenty somethings, 2 thirty somethings, and 2 sixty somethings enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is beautiful, yet comfortable. Plenty of room To all hang out. Verena was super attentive and so friendly! Great boogie boarding, snorkeling, soccer on the lawn and splashing in the pool. We are taking some wonderful memories! Thank you for sharing Your family home with us! Mahalo and Aloha, The Montgomery/Coil Family, Bay Area, Callie.

Phil N., Auckland, New Zealand, 9.4.10

Waimea Cottage

Amazing proximity to everything. Customer service was really good. Best part was surfing with Sunset Suzie :) Best restaurant was probably the hot dog joint just opposite the supermarket. Chilled out! Definitely stay at Waimea cottage, it's got everything u need and the outdoor shower was tres romantique. Don't forget to check out at 10am otherwise you'll be watching 90210 with a hangover when the maid arrives. Next time we will go horse riding at Happy Trails :) Aloha!

Sofia M., Auckland, New Zealand, 8.31.10

Sunset Aloha Beach House

The house was comfortable and airy! The view was good; the people were very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at the North Shore over the South Shore and resort areas. We had the beaches all to ourselves and the food at "Ted's Bakery" was incredible! We are renting this home again!

Thomas G P., Mesa, AZ, 8.31.10

Kailua Ohana Hale

The location of this house was ideal. We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was beautiful. I have to say that the mattresses and pillows were pretty worn and ratty. The backyard was great for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Hale Makai

What I liked best about the unit I rented was spectacular sunrise over sea. I have never seen that beautiful sunrise before.

Takeshi M., Minato-ku, Tokyo, 8.28.10

By The Sea View

What I liked best about the unit I rented was the proximity to the beach with easy access. The customer service I received was the friendly manager waiting for us at the unit helping us orient ourselves to the unit and its amenities The best part of my trip was waking up to the songs of the local birds and the dramatic sunrise over the Mokulua islands My advice to someone else staying at this unit would be to use mosquito repellent before going to bed. If squeamish about roaches, arm yourself with traps and spray.

Hale O Ke Kai

Dearest Hale O Ke Kai, Here we came to spend our first little family vacation with our 4 year old as she describes Awesome Hawaiithe waves sound happythe wind blows but softly in my earsthe stars make the ocean shine and the sky gets cloudy and brightit makes me happy here! Mahalo for your beautiful and comforting home! Lou, Andre & Nyah

Dee C., Walnut Creek, CA, 8.26.10

Lihikai

What I liked best about the house was the quiet street and close access to the beach. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The back yard was beautifully landscaped and very relaxing. We enjoyed the early morning walks on the beach. We were in Oahu for our Daughter's wedding. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in Kailua as the wedding and rehearsal were in busy Honolulu. Thank you for letting us stay in one of your beautiful homes.

Susan S., Dayton, Oregon, 8.22.10

Garden Aloha 50 East

The accommodations were beautiful and better than expected. We came to play in the water and found that much of what we expected to rent (umbrella, body boards, beach chairs and mats) were provided and surfboards were available for rent at nearby Turtle Bay. We ate at the surfer dives up and down the North Shore and appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of all. The Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie was amazing...we had a great time.

Greg G., Kaysville, Utah, 8.21.10

Hale Manu

This property was amazing! The ocean breeze blowing through the house, the never crowded beach a step away, family dinners on the lanai, the amazing kitchen... I'd rather be there than writing this review. The property owner, Peter stopped buy to see if we were enjoying ourselves and gave us some amazing recommendations in Kailua. The town of Kailua was perfect. It was the complete opposite of Waikiki. Better food, cheaper prices, a quarter of the crowd, perfect. The only problem we had was after the trip... our whole family is depressed now that we are back on the main land. We miss you Hale Manu!

Caleb J., The Woodlands, Texas, 8.20.10

Pipeline Blue Wave House - Beachfront

The home overall was spacious with nice appliances and interior items. The location was also fantastic - swimming/boogie boarding or lounging on the beach were just steps away! Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean was amazing. The two reasons we did not give the rental home 5 stars are that the BBQ was not functional and the washer left all our clothes smelling sour (perhaps there is fungus growing somewhere within it).

John C., Edmonton, Alberta, 8.19.10

Ko Olina Beach Villas 2 bedroom 2 Bath - Ocean Views

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The resort itself and the grounds are very beautiful. The interior of the apartment was excellent as well. The pictures don't quite do it justice. The proximity to Costco and other shops at Kapolei (5 mins away) made the stay with out children (4 and 8 yrs) quite convenient. We shopped there and cooked in the apartment which was good because the dining choices nearby are limited. We quite enjoyed the quiet and laid back nature of the resort, especially compared with the boisterous Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club just down the way. I'd highly recommend this rental if you're looking for a quiet getaway.

Erich R., , , 8.18.10

Kai Nani

"Kai Nani Cottage is charming! We are so happy to be so close to beautiful Kailua Beach. The Cottage is so clean and fresh. You have thought of everything to make our stay delightful. Mahalo, Cyndy Ching Phoenix, AZ."

Tanya M., Manhattan Beach, Ca, 8.17.10

Tiare Hale 37 East

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Tiare Hale 37 East. It was so convenient not having to "check in and check out." We'd like to come back again but might consider looking for a unit with a/c through out. I did leave a security deposit and would greatly appreciate an speedy return.

Stacey P., Kailua, Hawaii, 8.14.10

Ko Olina Beach Villa

I love the accommodation it was very homey and luxurious i will definitely comeback

Sam L., Las Vegas, NV, 8.13.10

Ava's Place

The customer service was great they were right there with small request of more glasses and very nice about the problem. The houses which are in close proximity of the rental were quiet and were really enjoyed the whole experience. The house was very clean and everything was there. We were a short walk to the beach which was fantastic. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others. Thank you so much for everything.

Toni B., Charleston, South carolina, 8.13.10

Alala Point

Beautiful setting, immaculate, lovely hawaiian decor, lots of light and roomy. It was also very private in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a great walking loop, right outside the door and a very vigorous hike in the neighborhood that has a spectalulor view. Our trip included kayaking, a trip to the Polynesian Cultural Center and a drive to North Shore. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it...

Claudia W., Encinitas, CA, 8.10.10

Palm Paradise

The house was in a quiet neighborhood, but within a few blocks of a great beach! Plenty of room for 10 adults. Perfect location. Short walk to Ted's Bakery and short drive to several beaches, golf courses and shopping!

Lisa V., Martinez, Ga, 8.9.10

Quaint Haleiwa House

Great location, but not as close to the "beach" as some literature seemed to indicate...Very clean and well cared for by neighbors Earl, Marie and Lisa...located on curve on main two lane, sometimes made it hard to back out of driveway due traffic and line of sight. Lots of chickens around, and roosters crow way before dawn - not great for light sleepers. Kitchen faucet still hard to control volume despite previous critical writeups...back patio has several holes and tears in screening, allowing for bugs when fruit trays or food is on patio. Saw a marlin at Haleiwa marina/harbor across street that was caught after a 3 hour battle. Walk to town, local shopping all within walking distance,,,lots of places to eat,,,best were the "shrimp buses" - 3 great ones in town, best was 2 blocks away next to gas station...great food. During heat of day (85 to 90 degrees) was diffficult to keep house cool with the 3 window units, but nights were comfortable, no air needed,,,cable tv and wi fi...not all the channels on the tv giude channel were actually availabe,,a listing of operating channels would have been appreciated....Easy drive to most of the north shore beaches and sights like Waimea....My daughter and grandkids really had a great time and we would consider a return trip.

Kiv K., , , 8.9.10

Hale Kimo

Great place to stay, with a large group of people! Beautiful yard with pool was definitely a bonus, easy access to the beach (private) was also an added bonus. The community of Kailua is a great quiet get away, very friendly people, not too far out to visit sites such as Pearl Harbour, North Shore, Honolulu, and many other activities.

Don and Renee C., Edmonton, Alberta, 8.9.10

Laulea

Laulea is a beautiful home that provided a perfect retreat for our family vacation. The photos are 100% accurate, but in some ways, did not do justice to the splendor. The home is spacious and comfortable, with upgrade features and amenities throughout. The owners are gracious, responsive and accommodating -- appropriate proud owners of this property, which they keep in immaculate condition. Well-stocked kitchen; lots of pool/beach toys provided in garage. The gated street of 5 homes is truly private, and couldn't be more convenient to Kailua Beach Park - directly across the street. Helpful information not included in their property description is the bedroom configuration: Lower Level: Master Bedroom with King; Second Bedroom with two Twin beds Upper Level: Master Bedroom with King; Second Bedroom with two Double/Full beds. Air Conditioning in Master Bedrooms only, operates 7pm-7am. I found the Vacation Rental Agent contract off putting, particularly the no cancellation/no refund policy. I considered renting elsewhere on this basis alone. I purchased trip insurance for peace of mind, and fortunately, everything worked out perfectly. No regrets whatsoever. We would be thrilled to stay here again, and recommend to others without reservation.

Michael S., Milton, GA, 8.8.10

Hale Makani Kai

We loved staying at Hale Makani Kai! The owners were very helpful, accommodating, and so nice! The home was very comfortable for six adults. The view was AMAZING! Great location! We loved the Passionfruit Smoothies just down the road at Tropiciana.

Katie P., Providence, UT, 8.8.10

Hoku Hale Lanikai

Great location on Lanikai Beach. Beautiful views from the second floor. Plenty of room. Customer service was very good and friendly.

Terry R., Boulder, CO, 8.7.10

Ohana Beach House

What I liked best about the unit I rented was it was nicely appointed with all of the luxury items we needed to prepare meals, "hang out" at the beach and play table tennis. I really liked the way that this unit was decorated from the wall mirrors to the bedding and linens it was first class, Island comfort. The outdoor showers allowed us to remove beach sand before entering the unit which was a treat. My family really felt at home there and we had plenty of space to be together or have privacy. The customer service was terrific. I felt like we were well cared for. The location was perfect, a few steps from the beach and we could walk to the grocery store. The cockaroaches were expected and annoying, but we learned how to remove them and to keep our kitchen clear of food and scraps. Our snorkeling and Dolphin watching trip with Ocean Joy Cruises was spectacular and highly recommended.

Susan G., Palo Alto, CA, 8.7.10

Kailua Water Front Estate

We had rented it before, and we were familiar with how clean & perfectly it was set up for our needs. Plenty of bedrooms & baths for us! We also have an ongoing relationship with Hawaii Vacation Rentals, Bronson Balles and Patrick Powers, whom, by the way, is the most helpful, polite person that we deal with. He is very helpful and excellent at his work. This is our 3rd rental in Kailua in 5 years, all with Vacation Rentals, and we have never been disappointed. The best part of our trip was waking up everyday to the magnificent view of the mountains and the water from the rear lanai. As we had breakfast, we would decide whether to go to the beach, or just stay at our beautiful rental home, and swim in the pool. We of course ate at Buzz's Steak House, which was excellent, & had breakfast at Boots & Kimo's, also a must. We were pleased by our Italian dinner at Bueno Seras, but the highlight was dining at Roy's in Honolulu, a real treat! The best picture I took was of my wife, sister and two nieces sunning themselves in the 4 lounge chairs on the pool deck. We hopped over to the big island for the day, & went to the Volcano Park, Kona & Hilo. Last time here we went to Maui & hung out in Lahaina, one of our favorite spots. The house is perfect for a family get together and the location is well suited for whatever activity you would like to do. Waikiki is close enough if you want it, but our Aloha has always been Kailua. I highly recommend the KWE to anyone looking for a true, beautiful Hawaiin vacation. We try to visit every 2 years, as my wife is Kama Aina, and we have many friends here in Oahu. Also, as hard as I've tried, I have not played every golf course on the island, though I'm close. As always, much Mahalo for the excellent service, once again. Until we see you again, Aloha!

Richard and Terry I., South Hamilton, Mass., 8.7.10

Endless Summer Getaway

I really liked the house and its proximity to the beach. It is also tastefully decorated. The pool pump was *very* loud and woke us up every morning at 7am which was a little annoying. Kailua is a little thin on good restaurants. In fact, there are none. The cooking utensils are poor. In this day and age, it is inexcusable to use teflon given that the material is known to be carcinogenic. This is a high-end rental, so some decent stainless steel utensils should be affordable. And some decent barbeque utensils.

Vasant D., New York, NY, 8.6.10

Akala Hale

The only drawback this rental really had was the lack of plugs in the bathrooms. Each bathroom only has one plug receptacle and it is at the top of the mirror. It is kind of wedged btween the mirror and the light so it is also very difficult to use. We made due with an extension cord. Everything else was quite nice. The beach out front is wonderful for swimming or kayaking or simply to take a long stroll on the beach

Steven R., Murrieta, Ca, 8.3.10

Hale Plumeria Sunset Beach

Where do I start? Everything from the house to Raynel our island contact was excellent. I am recommending this site to all my friends as an alternative to hotels. We did not want to leave. And yes for our next visit we are definately using you guys. Thanks for making our vacation truly memorable. Mahalo

Lou N., Irrigon, Oregon, 8.1.10

Kokokahi

The house is GREAT for families! My husband and I had 5 teenagers with us and there was more than enough room for everyone including my family that lives on Oahu when they came to visit us. We would stay at Kokokahi again!

Jenny F., Keizer, Oregon, 7.31.10

Kokokahi

The view from this rental is wonderful. The pool was a very nice added touch. However, the rental states that it is located in Kailua, however, it is much more like Kaneohe. A good 20 minute drive to the beach. The house was very spacious, but also very dated. The furnishings as well as kitchen amenities could use updating. In a pinch, this house met our basic needs.

Kimberley B., Chandler, OK, 7.28.10

Pacific Heights

What we liked best about this unit was the view and the accessibility to everything. Very easy to get on and off the freeways and get to all the places we needed to be within a short time. The best restaurant we found was the South Shore Grill for lunch. Loved the fish tacos. The list of restaurants left in the unit was very helpful. We went to a couple of the listing and they were all good. Also the advice for things to do and what was nearby.

Lyndall E., Montara, CA, 7.27.10

Ocean Treehouse

This place is fantastic! So cozy, casual and comfy! Great location and neighborhood, easy walking distance to the beach. Loved the 1.8 mile loop...great for jogs and walks! Just had a few issues with the dishwasher and garbage disposal, so follow the instructions from the owners carefully! Our kids loved the L & L Drive-In for local food... We would definitely stay there again! Love Lanakai...fun to be out of the rat race of Honolulu!

David M., Camas, WA, 7.26.10

Pipeline Blue Wave House - Beachfront

House was awesome, location was perfect. Booking agent and caretaker nagged about the sand getting in the home, which rubbed me the wrong way. What do they expect when they rent a home directly on the beach to a group with 6 children? Other than that, the home was great and we would come again as long as they don't take our deposit for tracking a little sand in the home like they threatened.

Eric H., St Helena, CA, 7.26.10

Kahala Beach Apt 244

Evandro P. P., CAMPO GRANDE, BRAZIL, 7.25.10

Estate at Kahala Beach

This was an excellent rental. It is beautifully cared for and very spacious. It has a very private feel for all guests and still a luxury family setting. The only downside is the beach which was very rocky, but if you bring water shoes I think it will still be fun for all the family. The waterfall, pool and hot tub no only added to the beauty of the surroundings but were a delight for all ages. The beach is also very narrow, but also very private and just a little walk--about 5 mins-- to the left brings you to a smooth beach with rafts and a roped off family area. The furniture is for the guests of the hotel there, but the beach and stationary rafts there were open to everyone. There were a few initial problems with a few items but the owners response was very swift and all important issues were rectified within hours. Overall, these issues were minor. It was a wonderful rental. We loved every minute. The traffic thru Honolulu, no matter what time of day, was absolutely awful and adds time to every trip, and the parking there at Waikiki is very expensive. But it's a small detractor from the rest of beautiful Oahu. We explored the whole island and even spent a day on the Big Island and are still in awe of the beauty and variety of these islands. Snorkeling on Oahu was marvelous with so much sea life (including many sea turtles) to observe everywhere, even in the surf and close to shore. I'd suggest renting all your snorkel gear from Snorkel Bob's. You will use it every day you go to any beach. The Polynesian Cultural Center is a must and a full day or two of shows and interactive activities. You won't want to miss the big performance at the end. It is all family appropriate, exceptionally professional and definitely worth the price. You won't see better or more variety anywhere in Oahu or on Broadway! We also enjoyed the buffet Luau dinner, but if you are concerned with a family budget, you can leave the park, eat at McDonalds which is just around the corner, and come back in time for the show. There are many maps and activities contained in the various Alamo and Oahu magazines you find at car rentals, airports and hotels, but I purchased ($23) an Hawaii travel guide book at Barnes and Noble before the trip and it was definitely my best investment for our vacation. Thanks for making our stay a lovely memory! Nancie Ellison PS Just a note to the owner, the jacuzzi tub in the master bath never did work. Whenever we tried to use it, it would trip the fuse and never turned on. Possibly it is on the same circuit as something else that takes a lot of electricity and the two cannot be used simultaneously. We never took the time to investigate this. Also the automatic front gate kept giving us a problem, but, luckily, my son was able to fix it so it was useable, but still not fully operational. You could also include the instructions for the binds, especially for those in the master bedroom with the double cords, in the list of house details you give the renter at the beginning of the stay. Also the trash instructions are confusing and in some instances, incorrect. We figured it out by talking to neighbors, but not all renters may go to those extra lengths. I have also had rentals, so I mention these things to be helpful and not critical in any way. These issues are minor and overall, we were very pleased with the rental. We would recommend it to anyone w/o hesitation.

Nancie E., Boise, Id, 7.25.10

Kuilima 49 East

The bedrooms were fine and we really enjoyed the daybed in the living room. The bathrooms could use some updating. We visited in July and didn't use the a/c because the breeze through the unit is very nice.

Kathy F., Kailua, HI, 7.21.10

Kai Nani

"Thank you for a peaceful and loving cottage. This was a coming-home vacation for me and my family. This is the beach that I grew up on and Kai Nani allowed me to return to so many memories. Mahalo Nui Loa. Stephen"

Kelly O., San Jose, CA, 7.21.10

Paradise Shores 401

The condo was very spacious! We loved the location-so good to be out of the Honolulu traffic:-) Our girls loved swimming with the sea turtles...the condo had everything you needed... right down to the beach towels. We will definitely return to Paradise shores 401!

Mary C., Grove Oak, AL, 7.17.10

Kailua Designer Suite

The Kailua Designer Suite was very easy to find - even in the dark by someone who had never been on Oahu before. The location was good - about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The suite itself was clean and had recently been redecorated. However - the dishes were meager and not really very clean when we arrived - there were only 3 chairs in the kitchen and while they were 'antique' at least one was pretty shaky to sit on. - there was no really comfortable place to sit in the evening to watch TV. There were two love seat kind of things downstairs but we did not find that sitting area to be very comfortable. - the lanai on the main floor had 2 chairs but no table to set drinks or snacks. - the lanai off the bedroom had only one plastic chair All in all, the place was a 'designer' suite - an unusual layout with nice decor but pretty much totally lacking in any of the niceties that would have made it a truly memorable visit.

Gerald H., Calgary, ALberta, 7.15.10

Star of Hawaii Kailua

Great location, spacious and comfortable! From the unit rental agent to the car rental agent and everyone in between, the service was awesome! We didn't want to leave the wonderful island with it's rich culture and hospitality. We loved Hawaii and are seriously contemplating moving there!

Michele D., Sanford, NC, 7.14.10

Quaint Haleiwa House

1. It was clean and the location was excellent 2. okay 3. my family reunion 4. Hapa Grill in Kapolei 5. at our family reunion 6. the house was across the street from a great beach, and we even got to swim with the honu's Overall it was a great experience, although our original rental "Under the Mango Tree" would have been more condusive for our friends in the wheel chairs. An d of course you have to have great patience with the traffick. That was the most horrible thing about our vacation, dealing with all the traffick. Thank you-

Beverly M., Natick, MA, 7.14.10

Endless Summer Getaway

The home was perfect for our extended family, being close to the beach and having a pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Kailua having lived here for many years! It was wonderful to return and enjoy the lovely home and setting.

Joe C., Santa Fe, NM, 7.9.10

The Lanikai Bungalow

We loved our stay in Lanikai at the Lanikai Bungalow. The beach is close by and very beautiful. The closest entry points with the "postcard perfect" long, sandy beach were only a couple of blocks up the road. Heavenly location. The surrounding garden is peaceful and charming and the interior is colorful and unique. The owner of the bungalow is on the premises and was particularly helpful. Laundry was convenient and she had lots of beach gear to share. We are avid snorkelers and thoroughly enjoyed Shark's Cove up north near Waimea. Since we were here in early July, we had smooth, calm, warm water with a very easy entry. Highlights: schools of good-sized fish, cuttlefish, Hawaiian lobsters, morays. Be sure to detour to Hale'iwa for shave ice! We became big "plate lunch" fans and especially liked "L and L" barbecues. Don't miss the frozen yogurt place in town called Yo Mama. We ate twice at Buzz's and would have gone back for our last night's dinner, but we didn't make reservations in time. Great kiave grilled seafood and steaks.

Sandy B., Santa Rosa, CA, 7.8.10

Hale O Ke Kai

What I liked about this house was it's location. The beach was out back and the old pool in the front. Just great for "teens". It would have.been nice to have a bathroom any and.all could use, Internet should work all the time (not some of the time),and the showers were old(step down about 2feet to get in) I'm handicapped so we got a riser for the toilet and showering was very difficult. We had a nice time Check out 'Lucys' for dinner and 'the Healing Hands' collage for a massage

John P., Newport beach, Ca, 7.6.10

Cottage at Lanikai

The Lanikai Cottage is a little slice of heaven. Thank you! -Meg

Hale Makani Kai

It was wonderful - lovely condo, perfect position, Tish was lovely with lots of helpful info on places on the island, wonderful weather, I really could go on forever. We were a family of 6 adults and 1 baby and 1 toddler. We all had a superb time, and the Polynesian Cultural Centre up the road was just amazing. The family all went back twice! The scenery around was amazing, and Pearl Harbour not far away. All we could need (also, the Kuala (?) Ranch down the road was good fun, as we did the TV and Film Tour in their bus. Brilliant. I'd love to think I could come back again, but honestly don't think it's likely. Please pass on our thanks to Tish and her hubby for a wonderful, wonderful time. Marian and Edd Cutler

MARIAN C., PLYMOUTH, DEVON, ENGLAND, 7.2.10

Hale O Ho'okipa

We enjoyed staying at this home but we were disappointed in the condition of the pool and were unable to use the spa because the remote control for it was missing. The rooms were very comfortable and there is plenty of space for large groups. The location of the house is great for getting downtown. Also, though the home information said there is a beach within 5 minutes walk, that is not exactly true... you have to cross the edge of a golf course and hotel property to get to the hotel's private beach. A better option is to just drive up the coast where you will find many wonderful beaches.

Jim and Carol P., Southlake, Texas, 6.30.10

Laulea

Our stay at Lau Leu was fantastic. The house is well located close to the beach (2 min walk) and only a 5 min drive to the local town center. Peter (Owner) met us at the house and gave us a run down on local activities, shopping, house amenities, etc which was nice to see a host care about his guests and take the time. The house is only 6-8 years old and is in very good condition and is in a gated community, which was nice with our young children running around. Everything was set up and ready to go for us including all lights on, pool cleaned, keys in the rights places, towels and linen all prepped and a nice fresh welcome basket with some good local goodies. Buzz'z steak house is only a 2 min walk and is a must visit to have some Poke and as many Mai Tai's as they will allow!!! We really enjoyed our long stay and would go back to visit Lau Lea with our family anytime. Thank You

Scott S., Carmel, IN, 6.29.10

Stunning Oceanfront Suite

Our stay in this unit was absolutely amazing and one that won't be forgotten for a very long time. The front door couldn't be any closer to the water's edge without having high tide end up in the living area with the best views in either direction. Sunrise was the best time of the day for us early risers because the sun literally rose outside our front door. Coffee drinkers stop by the Tropical Farms just south of here for some fresh roasted Macadamia flavored Kona coffee to brew for sunrise viewing. The experience on the whole couldn't have been better spent anywhere else on the island. The owners were very accommodating and full of information about where to go and what to do... sometimes what not to do which turned out to be very helpful as well. The North Shore offers a variety of beaches and various activities from some of the best snorkeling to surfing and its all only a short drive from the unit; if you don't like the weather where you are on any given day simply drive north until you get what you want. We ate at several of the shrimp shacks, which are an absolute must while on this side of the island, but Tony's Shrimp Shack about a mile north was by far the best for the money and convenient enough that we ate there several times. We'll definitely come back next time we're on Oahu and will recommend this rental to our friends.

Troy M., Palm Sprngs, CA, 6.28.10

Waialua Retreat

The home is absolutely wonderful with all the necessities we needed. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the spectacular view of the ocean and sea turtles.

Incredible house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the beach location, private pool, home theater, and gourmet kitchen were all highlights. This luxurious home exceeded our expectations, and the service from HBR was excellent! David & Janis M, San Francisco, CA

Kuilima Estates 137W

Great location and lots of beach choices between Haleiwa and this condo. Cholos mexican food in Haleiwa was awesome. Great food, great value, great locations. A must if looking for food in Haleiwa. Haleiwa overall a great place to spend time in. Unit check in was very easy. The unit had all the items in the kitchen we needed. Having a patio with a BBQ would have been a plus. The drive up the east side of the island better and quicker than up through the middle from Honolulu. Ted's Bakery is a must to stop for the garlic grilled shrimp and the cakes / pies. Easy walk from the unit to the beach at Turtle Bay Resort. Already thinking about coming back to the North Shore!

Guy F., Chestermere, Alberta, 6.8.10

Waimea Cottage

I loved the sound of the ocean at night and the cool breezes, as well as the beautiful, fragrant flowers in the garden and yard. The best treat was the acai bowl at the Coffee Gallery in Haleiwa--local honey, homemade granola, acai frozen yogurt and fresh mango and papaya--worth getting up early for! We had a great trip.

Hale Maluhia Ohana Cottage

Hi Bronson, again you set me up with the best place for great price, location to the beach was a short walk and really ideal, even though I didn't do alot of eventful things I came there for the beach, tropical middle of the night down pour, and to read a book, (accomplished all 3), and all I had to do to find the Bitchinist spot in Hi was walk across the street, the unit was awsome, (I think the remote needs attention), 1 of the best features is how well the whole place was kept, (sprayed for bugs, minimum bugs), Geckos ok. Ill be back!

Kuilima Estates 56 East

Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the condo complex. Used the pool several days, and we were the only ones in it! Made it feel like our very own private paradise. The condo was spacious, the kitchen well equipped. Great tradewinds flowed through the units two large sliding lanai doors. The area is remote so was a drive to restaurants and stores--but worth the beautiful drive. Had a great birthday dinner at Haleiwa Joe's, good food and good service. Also liked the Coffee Gallery, great coffe and wonderful desserts. Both agents we spoke with were friendly and very helpful.

Beach Front Jewel

This was a trip of a lifetime for my husband and me. We had a wonderful time, the beach was beautiful and private. There were several great places to eat - The Crouching Lion, Jameson's by the Sea - just to name a few. The condo was quiet, secluded and had a killer view for sunrises. Real close to several other great beaches to watch amazing sunsets. If you are looking for a place to truly get away for some much needed R&R, we highly recommend this condo.

Kualoa Beach House Retreat

Jill B. Albuquerque, NM May 15-19, 2010 - This house is absolutely amazing - I cannot say enough good things about it. This house has so much charm - our whole family felt like we were coming home. Everything was spotless - there were plenty of extra paper products in the downstairs closet and plenty of clean towels and linens in the upstairs closets. There is a washer and dryer in the carport closet - we packed light, so it was great to be able to do wash a couple of times during our visit. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, glasses, silver, pots and pans. There is no air conditioning - but you won't need it - just open the french doors and enjoy the ocean breezes. Being right on the beach was amazing - the sound of the waves lulled us all to sleep every night. Our family spent a great deal of time using the kayaks available and snorkeling on the reef (which is right outside the back door) - remember to bring your water shoes because there are rocks and coral in the water. There is a Walgreens across the street from Windward Mall that sells water shoes and snorkel gear for a fair price. Our favourite place to eat was Haleiwa Joes Haiku Gardens on Haiku - the food was fantastic as were the waiter (Chris) and atmosphere. We made field trips daily to the aquarium, the zoo, Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, North Shore Shark Adventures and the Dole Plantation on various parts of Oahu - it was wonderful to come "home" to this house. Thank you Joey Ann for allowing us to spend time in this wonderful house - we hated to leave, and we will be back! Aloha!

Hale Sweet Hale

The location was great. It was less than a 5 mins walk to the most beautiful beach in Oahu (in my opinion)! It was a fantastic location for a low-key vacation and away from all the hustle of Honolulu/Waikiki area. My dad fished at the shore, my nephew swam at the beach, and my husband and I layed out everyday. It was about a 30 mins drive to Waikiki and the touristy area. The house itself was quaint. It was hard at times with 6 people and 1 bathroom. The kitchen was somewhat spacious with 2 dining room tables. There are 2 small TV's in the house - but, when you're in Hawaii, do you really want to spend time watching TV? :) There's a hike in Lanikai, the Pill Box, great hike with great views. We ate at Zippy's a couple times.. it's convenient, yummy, and cheap.

Laulea

We've made numerous trips to Hawaii and have visited all but one of the islands. We love Kailua Beach because it offers a family friendly atmosphere, close proximity to good shopping and great golf courses, one of the best beaches in Hawaii -- and all the while maintaining a sleepy laid back atmosphere. (It's no wonder that the author of the Oahu Revealed book (a must read for any visitor) chose to live in Kailua Beach while he was writing his book.) We've stayed in Kailua on one other occasion and during our first visit we learned a lot about the area and determined the best place to stay for our next trip. We found it in Lau Lea. The house turned out to be simply amazing and met or exceeded all of our requirements. 1) Beach access -- It's hard to get closer to the beach than Lau Lea. It's basically right across the street. Kailua Beach Park is one of the nicest beach parks on Oahu 2) Pool -- The pool was great with the kids and for cooling off after a day of golf or hiking. 3) High End Amenities -- The house is brand new and completely buffed out. Granite counters, travertine floor, high end artwork, high ceilings, air conditioning (this was a big plus) primo lanai, plush landscaping, custom furniture, outdoor shower, 5 star kitchen and bathrooms (huge walk-in showers), big flat screen TV, and even an indoor/outdoor stereo. Other pluses: 1) Nice neighbors. The kept to themselves for the most part, and offered to let us use their kayaks and all of their gear. How cool is that? 2) A block away from Buzz's Steak House and Kalapawai Market -- We walked there every morning for our coffee. Great spot. 3) Also within walking distance to Lanikai Beach (nice, but overrated in our book), Kayak rental, and Hawaiian shave ice shop. 4) The owners -- The owners are life long residents of Kailua and they know everything to do in the area. They welcomed us when we arrived and were available if we needed them, but more importantly they never intruded and they stayed away unless we asked them to come by. They understand that people take a vacation to get away from others and spend time with family. We never felt as though we were being supervised or checked on. They really just get it. It was perfect. We will be coming back for sure!

What I like best was the privacy and environment - the location was quiet and secluded... perfect for a family gathering... and added plus was the ducks that gathered in the front yard in the morning... our 2 year old loved the place...

Kualoa Beach House Retreat

We wrote in the guest book when we were there. I also talked to Joey about a few things that I, personally, would like to see added. ie. TV trays that could be used inside or out and double as end tables. When sitting in the chairs, there wasn't anything to put your 'stuff' on. Possibly some restaurant or tours that would be recommended and the addresses that could be entered into a GPS. We seemed to have everything we needed. We left a few food stuffs like syrup, oil, popcorn, etc. My advice to anyone else who rents this beautiful is to enjoy it to its fullest. Oh, directions on how to use some of the TV, DVD, Cable would be useful. We weren't sure if there was special stations or not. However, we really didn't watch too much TV. The outside speakers were great but we didn't know if they could be separated from the upstairs speakers. Thanks much from our entire family. It was a wonderful reunion with my daughters and son-in-law.

Beach Walk

Beachwalk is an EXCELLENT location. Every morning I ran in Kailua park and every evening I walked Kailua Beach. Lanikai Beach is just around the corner! Beautiful! This will be my home away from home for all of my future trips!

Beach Front Paradise 312

The unit was as described. Right on the beach and also has a pool. Across the street is a retirement home with a long driveway and is a good place to stretch your legs. The bedroom is small but very comfortable. The window is next to the bed and lets all the street noise in. Almost every day a rooster would crow at the crack of dawn. We saw a few small ants and the lanlord said that was common there and hard to get rid of. Outside at the parking lot there was often a foul smell. I think it was the septic system. They were in the process of overhauling the onsite restaurant. There aren't any nearby grocery stores or restaurants so you have to plan for that. Overall we had a very good time.

Steve W., Hixson, Tennessee, 5.28.10

Beach Street Cottage

The Beach Street Cottage was a great place to stay. We felt very comfortable staying there because it was furnished with the comforts of home. The beds were great and very comfortable. The ceiling fans kept it cool enough to enjoy living there. We loved having the grocery store so close to us. Just a hop skip and a jump. It was nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards to use while we were there and we didn't have to rent them. The best place we found to eat was Kahukas Grill in the town of Kahuka. The food was great and you get a lot of it!!! We just loved having such a nice place to stay. We loved being able to cook our meals there and enjoy a nice walk on the beach in the evening and the morning. My advice to someone else is that you don't need to bring bath towels or beach towels, they were provided. We could have used that space in our suitcases to pack other things besides towels. Bring earplugs because there are roosters that crow every morning.

Place was first class - comfortable and readily accessible to beach and town. Service was great, everyone was very professional and easy to work with. Love Buzz's for lunch or dinner (just down the street). Make sure you drive up the East coast and take in H3, views are spectacular. And stay at least 10 days to 2 weeks.

Hale Kuono 1

We enjoyed the pool but think that the ads imply our unit faced it and it didn't. We were also shocked by the noise of the neighbors and neighborhood. We were awakened every day by 6 AM. We would have enjoyed a little more quiet. Our cell phone didn't work in the unit or by the pool- only at the edge of the driveway. This made communication with our family difficult. Our hosts were excellent and left us to our privacy. We adore the Kaneohe Bay and the residential nature of the area. The best restaurant in the area is the Couching Lion. My husband also enjoyed the mobile food trailers. I would recommend thius rental for up to a week but not for an extended stay.

Garden Aloha 50 East

The layout is great for entertaining and/or socializing with family. Was impressed with ease of rental -- booked on line, quick confirmation, great directions, easy to access the unit and checkout. Loved the proximity to town of Haviewa (sp?) and Turtle Bay resort. The best part of the trip was hanging out at the local beaches, Sunset and Waimea! Swimming with the sharks was definately a highlight for our family. On downside: Futons in the loft are difficult to sleep on given how hard they are. Unit has no outside terrace, deck and the view is totally closed in.

Bernice B., West Vancouver, BC, 4.17.10

Royal Hawaiian Beach Front Luxury 314

The condo was very comfortable and well-furnished. We made good use of the home theatre system. We found the location to be somewhat remote and very relaxing, away from all the crowds. It was nice being right on the beach. We were within an hour's drive of everything we wanted to do: Hanauma Bay, Waikiki, Sunset Beach, Waimea Valley and Beach, the Dole Plantation, etc. The Polynesian Culture Center is a mere 10 min. drive up the road. Restaurant recommendations: Papa Ole's in the shopping center near Tamura's has very good teriyaki beef and ribs. Our favorite was down the road at Sunset Beach, Ted's Bakery. The garlic shrimp is to die for. Further down in Haleiwa, Matsumoto's shaved ice is fantastic. Other than relax on the beach, there's not much to do near Punaluu, so we did a fair amount of driving to get to other destinations, but even relatively laid back Sunset Beach, Waimea Beach and Haleiwa were crowded compared to Punaluu and Hauula, so it was really nice to return to the peace and quiet each evening.

Blue Water Estate Ocean Front Luxury

This was a great house for our mini family reunion. There was plenty of space for 11 people to move around comfortably, spend time with each other and yet still have some time alone. The kids really enjoyed the pool when the weather at the beach was too rough. We had great customer service and were given some great advice on places to go.

This is a great rental unit for a family. It is very spacious and comfortable (family of five). The unlimited use of the pool and having a wonderful beach very close by made our trip very enjoyable. Sandy the caretaker was very friendly and offered great advice.

Honolulu Oceanfront Villa

The space and views were amazing. Customer service from Laura was wonderful. Doing almost nothing at all was my favorite part of the trip. Advice to someone staying at this unit is to not expect sandy beaches and a quiet, serene poolside experience. If you're coming with family and kids and aren't looking for quiet, it wouldn't be a problem. However, the noise from the highway on the patio/pool area and the front bedroom was really overwhelming the first few days. By the third night, it didn't bother my sleep. A great vacation!

Teresa B., Papillion, NE, 4.6.10

Kalaka Beach Side

Kalaka Beach side exceeded our expectations! The house was great, location was outstanding. The beach was just a stones throw from the house and the kids loved playing in the surf. Pleanty of restaurants and other attractions close by. Everything we needed was at the house which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The whole family agreed that we would definately stay at Kalaka Beach Side again!

This was a great place to stay. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. They even provided extra air mattresses which were helpful since we were traveling with a small child. We had no problems while we were there and the view was amazing... we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Royal Hawaiian Beach Front Luxury 314

What I liked best about the unit was the updated furnishings, ad the BEAUTIFUL view! Costumer service was very good. The best part of my trip, although a bit of a drive, was swimming with the turtles at Paradise Cove!!! Snorkeling there as well was a great experience! The best restaurant we found was The Crouching Lion.........right down the street from the unit with a beautiful lagoon view! The best picture we took of ourselves was with the turtles!! I can't wait to tell my friends what a beautiful, natural environment that we enjoyed every day! My advice to someone else staying at this unit would be to be aware that you will be a god 45 to 60 minutes from many of the attractions, but it is worth it to enjoy going back to your comfortable unit with it's magnificent views and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves breaking. It was always windy here, so bring clothes for that, but the other side of the island is much less windy. I didn't have time on this trip, but next trip I will take the helicopter tour of the island and perhaps the sunset booze cruise out of Waikiki! The PCC was a good day, ending with a Luau and a fabulous performance held in the Amphitheater. It's a beautiful Island and the Royal Hawaiian Beach Front unit made our stay very comfortable!

Susan L., Mendon, MA, 4.5.10

EVerything's so huge....but very few furnitures which makes the house a bit poor, especially the TV set was tiny compare to the spacious living room. The good part was a great view of Kaneohe Bay.

The house was very clean and tidy. The customer service was satisfactory. We enjoyed the experience of the island and the friendly people of Hawaii. Romy's Roadside Shrimp and Prawns on the Windward side, recommended by a local we met on the beach was one of the best meals we had. The best photos were of The Pink Hotel and the scenery which is quite different to home. Overall we had a fabulous time in Oahu, the people were friendly the sights were beautiful.

Kuilima Estates 48W

The grounds of the estate were immaculate. The staff did an wonderful job of keeping everything neat and clean. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Because of our schedule we arrived well after midnight. The gentleman that came out to meet us was very nice, especially since we had to call him to the gate at such a late hour. Our condo was very clean when we arrived. It is such a relief after a long trip (4000+ miles all the way from Michigan) to find such a nice home away from home. We enjoyed every day of the 2 weeks we spent there. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer!

Paul T., South Branch, Mi, 4.2.10

What I liked best about the unit I rented was the location. I loved staying at the North Shore and the condo community was well kept. This unit fit our family well, sleeping seven of us! If the owner were to do any routine upkeep, I would suggest updating the bathrooms. I would stay here again.

Darrin D., South Jordan, UT, 4.1.10

Hale Ohana

I thought Hale Ohana was well stocked with all we needed for our group. There were all the cooking items needed to cook, beds were very comfortable, roomy feel to the whole place, short walk to beach, short drive to restaurants and grocery stores, short drive to "tourist" attractions but home is located in a quiet area. I would recommend that you rent a bike for the week. It is such a great area to bike! Diving or snorking by the pier in Waimanallo is a great spot, saw a sea turtle and some unusual fish.

Susan T., Miday, AR, 3.30.10

Honolulu Oceanfront Villa

We were very disappointed with our rental. We have booked online rentals before and always been happy but not this time. First when we arrived at our house there was a plumber there that had to stay and work on replacing a faucet in the kitchen for a good hour after we arrived but this was a minor inconvenience. The house was advertised as being in a quite residential neighborhood. In fact there were time limits on when you could use the pool in order to keep the neighborhood noise down. I don't know why. We never once used the pool. The house is right on an extremely busy highway and the highway was just over the fence from the pool making it so noisy that we could not enjoy the use of the pool. You could hear the traffic all day and night throughout the house. We could not enjoy the beach either because there was very little beach (only during low tide) and what sand there was was so rocky you could lay on it and you couldn't swim in the water as it had a very muddy bottom, was too shallow and rocky. All you could do from the house was look out the balcony at the very small fish swimiing in the muddy water. Therefore we spent all of our time travelling to other locations to enjoy other beaches which took away a lot of the relaxation part of the trip and cost a lot of money. The whole point of having the pool and the beach front was so that we could just get up and relax without having to drive. This was definitely a misleading advertisement which as a realtor myself I find extremely disappointing. On top of this the refrigerator did not work properly. It would not get cold enought. Therefore my daughter had the experience of drining sour milk and we had to throw out a lot of the food we originally bought which if you have ever travelled to Hawaii you know is expensive. I am very disappointed and would probably not use the service of this company again unless some compensation is made for the misleading advertisement of this home.

Lanikai Escape

WE LOVED THE LANIKAI ESCAPE, SO PEACEFUL AND QUIET, YET ONLY 20 MINUTES TO HONOLULU. EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS PROVIDED, AND ROBBIE AND HER HUSBAND WERE VERY WELCOMING AND HELPFUL. KAYAKS ARE PROVIDED, AND A ROMANTIC TRIP TO THE ISLANDS IN A TWO PERSON KAYAK IS A MUST. (WEAR YOUR LIFE JACKETS). THE BEACH AT THE PROPERTY HAS THE MOST EXQUISITE SAND ON OAHU...FINE, WHITE AND BEAUTIFUL, PLUS IT IS RARE TO SEE ANOTHER PERSON ON THAT BEACH. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN TO THIS RELAXING LOCATION.

Doug B., Tenmile, Oregon, 3.27.10

Royal Hawaiian Beach Front Luxury 314

Our rental was beautiful! We liked that it has a fully stocked kitchen (dishes and such). The only thing we had to get was food. I liked the large patio with the beautiful view. We ate breakfast out there every morning. There was a great little shoppette a 5 minute walk away. They had just about everything you would need. The security was great! I felt very comfortable there. Our kids loved swimming in the ocean. It was calm enough so that I didn't worry about larger waves coming in and overtaking inexperienced ocean swimmers. My husband and I tried to take a walk on the beach one evening, but the tide had come in and there wasn't much beach left to walk on. But we just went out earlier the next night and had a great walk. Reef shoes are a must for those who are going in the water. There are small to large pieces of coral all over just past the surf. In all, our stay was quiet, enjoyable and if we ever return to the island, we will definitely be staying again!

This was our second year in a row staying at Alligator and I hope to come back next year. The house is set up perfect for our family and is feeling like a second home to us. The location is ideal and the sunsets are awesome, until next time, cheers!

Hale Kimo 3 bedroom

On this vacation I did all the planning, my wife tells me the Kimo house was the 2nd best highlight of our trip (our sons wedding the 1st), that my selection of this property was spot on. Its location to the beautiful thinly populated beach, shopping and Kailua's close proximity to the airport (25 minutes) are added bonuses. My lovely bride thoroughly enjoyed the all tile heated pool and privacy of the backyard along with the spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms, we especially enjoyed the very comfy upstairs master bed. I cooked daily during our stay and found the kitchen and its appliances far exceeded my expectations. Every knife was razor sharp and a large quantity and quality of plates, glasses and silverware were a pleasant surprise. When I wasn't cooking or spending time with my wifey on the beach or poolside, I spent many hours on a bicycle rented from The Bike Shop in Kailua (call and confirm your reservation twice as they are a bit disorganized). I found the people and or cars on the roads to be very bike friendly on my daily 2-3 hour rides between Kailua and Hanauma Bay. We loved the house so much we called and emailed a few friends to let them know of our find and they should consider this place for their future stays. Our stay in this new modern home on a quiet street in a charming town in paradise was all that we could ask for. Thank you Renee for your helpfulness and patience during the planning phase as I culled through so many properties. And thank you Peter for the helpful house orientation upon arrival.

Wahinani Estate

We are frequent visitors to the Islands and have never stayed in a better location or more beautiful setting. The Wahinani Estate property totally exceeded our expectations; beautiful, fabulous, spacious. The accommodations completely met our needs and the views are spectacular. We would highly recommend this Estate rental and definitely plan to return. The only thing we would do differently next time is to stay longer.

Robert K., Birmingham, AL, 3.21.10

Pikake Hale

There were 8 adults and 3 children (8-10) on our trip. The house , Pikake Hale, was just perfect for us. We loved the quiet beaches at Kailua and we were about 30-40 mintues away from the places that we wanted to visit. We had a wonderful Hawaiian Adventure!

James W., McKinney, Texas, 3.21.10

Hale Kea

We found the house in perfect order, well equipped, clean and welcoming. The hosts were delightful and helpful. We are not first time visitors to this part of the island so we know what we like and what we want in a vacation rental....this fit the bill to a T!!!! Easy beach access, quiet street (although the main road is close it was not a problem). Thoroughly enjoyed our time and would gladly stay there again...which is a first for us, to repeat a rental!!!

Betsy M., Courtenay, British Columbia, 3.18.10

Hale Ohana

The Hale Ohana house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well-stocked with cooking and food preparation items. What my family liked best about the house was its location to the beautiful Kailua Beach. The house was also very conveniently close to the Safeway store. We did have some trouble heating the jacuzzi, and I had been told that the pool could be heated. It was really a bit too cold for swimming in March. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful location in Hawaii. We did something different everyday of our stay. There is a lot to do and see on the island of Ohau--many wonderful memories.

Larry and Kathy S., Brea, CA, 3.16.10

Ocean Treehouse

Our stay at the Ocean Treehouse was even better than we had imagined. The house is gorgeous, the view spectacular, and the accommodations all around were perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck, the semi-private lower level room, the large dining and living room areas, and the fabulous kitchen. Lanikai was the perfect spot for our vacation.

Marianne W., So. Strafford, VT, 3.15.10

Banyan Hideaway

This is a little piece of paradise! What a great place to stay. It was very windy while we were there, and instead of braving the sandstorm on the beach we could just lie in the yard, in the middle of the amazing (and private) garden. Very quiet and peaceful! I will miss breakfast under the Banyan tree, listening to the birds, going to Baci's Bistro (best food in the world, seriously). The house is clean and well equipped - it is definitely a home, not just a rental accomodation. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Kara H., Nanaimo, BC, 3.14.10

Hale Moonrise

We enjoyed the house but the public access is quite noisy and tere is a constant stremnof people on the houses property which certainly limits privacy. We don't feel we were informed adequately of that situation and would not stay at the house again due to it. The house itself is large and well appointed and we enjoyed our time there. Wish there was some type of outside seating or tables to eat at and enjoy the views.

Nicole N., Kailua, HI, 3.14.10

Sunset Big House

The best part of this unit was the layout and room. When visiting you definately have to go to Ted's and have the coffee and pie. The only downfall of this unit was that we could not get any of the bikes to work, the compressor didn't work.
