This condo was nice and clean. Good location. Nice kitchen. Also liked that there were things to use at the beach like mats, umbrella, and boogie board. Futon in the living room is small if planning to sleep 2 people.

What I liked best about the unit I rented was everything!! It was the most beautiful, relaxing vacation we have ever taken. From the view, to the rainbows, to the stars, to the beautiful rooms and decor, to the outdoor/indoor living, to the weather, to the Apple TV music and movies, it all added to the best vacation ever! Thank you for all the touches!

We could not have enjoyed our stay at My Waii anymore. The house had everything we needed and you really cannot beat the location and view!

We found the house in perfect order, well equiped, clean and welcoming. The hosts were delightful and helpful. We are not first time visitors to this part of the island so we know what we like and what we want in a vacation rental....this fit the bill to a T!!!!
Easy beach access, quiet street (although the main road is close it was not a problem).
Thoroughly enjoyed our time and would gladly stay there again...which is a first for us, to repeat a rental!!!

The Seabreeze Villa was a fantastic rental home. The caretaker was absolutely amazing and made our trip very enjoyable. The house was in great shape. The view out over the water was amazing from the patio, but about ten steps away is the hot tub with the same great view. We had a wonderful time on the sandy beach right in the back of our house, and right at the other end of this beautiful beach was one of the best restaurants around, Mamas Fish House. Also, right down the street was Paia, a little town that was very interesting. About another mile or so down was another magnificent beach for when you want some time at a larger and more public beach. This beach had lifeguards and facilities and was very convenient. This house was in a more private part of town than most rentals but at the same time was not too far from the more touristy south side of Maui. As I said earlier, the customer service was absolutely amazing and the house was constantly maintained, helping to make this a fabulous trip. We would highly recommend this house to anyone seeking a wonderful stay in a great part of Maui

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are incredibly located. On the "dry" side of the Big Island they are well situated for planning your Island excursions. The property is very well maintained, with many amenities located within walking distance. We were a family of seven with 2 cars and found parking the second car a bit of a challenge. We were a bit surprised that whilst renting a villa that houses up to eight people parking could be an issue. Our helicopter tour on Blue Hawaiian was a treat, and the fact that the helipad was five minutes up the road was a bonus! Hapuna Beach was a highlight of our vacation and one of the best beaches that we've ever seen. The support from the property manager, Julie, was incredible. She was responsible for many properties during our stay but she always made us feel that our concerns were paramount to her, and we had resolution to some small troubles quickly.
Loved the Waikaloa Beach Villas, and recommend them to one and all planning a vacation on the Big Island

We enjoyed Hale Kehei Main, it was central to our activities and thus made our excursions easier to arrange. However there were some things that we would change if we could. The fact that there was an abandoned vechile with a bbq on the hood at the entrance to the driveway an incredibly unsettling welcome. It made us question the neighbourhood. Our property manager was great but the fact that our initial breifing included the info that the house was being sprayed for ants the next day was a bit unsettling. We realize that Hawaii is a tropical locale and that there are critters, but we would have hoped that the spraying would have happened before our arrival as we had 2 children with us. We all really loved the house and the decor is amazing, we can tell that there was some thought put into making us feel the "aloha spirit". The house is well equiped but we would have appreciated glassware instead of the plastic glasses. Our glass of wine on the lanai after a great day at Big Beach could have been more enjoyable with some real stemware.
These things are small issues compared with the great time that we had on Maui. We all agree that Hale Kehei Main is a perfect launching point to see Maui and to enjoy all the wonders that it offers. Thanx to our property manager, Kelli, for being available to us and for directing us to some great beaching and snorkeling spots. We spent our last night at Pizza Madness in Kehei after hearing about it from our Haleakala Bike Tour guide and from hearing about it on the radio and highly recommend this entertaining spot to anyone visiting Kehei. Thank-you for your help in making our vacation to Hawaii, and Maui in particular, an experience that will last a lifetime.

The Hale Ohana house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well-stocked with cooking and food preparation items. What my family liked best about the house was its location to the beautiful Kailua Beach. The house was also very conveniently close to the Safeway store. We did have some trouble heating the jacuzzi, and I had been told that the pool could be heated. It was really a bit too cold for swimming in March.
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful location in Hawaii. We did something different everyday of our stay. There is a lot to do and see on the island of Ohau--many wonderful memories.

I had the vacation of a lifetime on the island! Due to the fact that it was night, my first impression was made by the room itself and I couldn't of asked for better. As soon as you pull into the parking lot you can hear the ocean, the unit was clean with plenty of amenities. It was easy to feel at home here.

We had a another great trip to Kauai. We came a couple of years ago and stayed at Waipouli

We did have some concerns about the unit we rented. It was not stocked with sufficient must have items (ie. toilet paper, garbage bags, dishsoap, cleaners). The suite was clean, but there wasn't a decent broom to keep the floor swept. The hot water tank would barely fill one tub. There were lots of lights not working (needing replacing). As this is our second visit to Waipouli we were a bit disappointed. However, we did contact Josh and he was quick to get us what we needed. Someone just needs to take a good look at the suite and make sure it is ready for guests.

It seems that the management of the complex has changed over the past two years. The staff didn't seem as friendly when we arrived. Kind of felt like because we were not renting through them we got different service initially. The complex looked in great shape. Had some issues with the availablity of BBQs (only one for the whole complex) and it was out of gas a couple of days in a row.

Other than that it was a wonderful holiday. One of our favorite places for lunch was Mermaid's (something...) in Kapaa. Great wraps. Had fun at Lydgate and our 3 year old enjoyed the two parks there. Really enjoyed The Lemongrass Grill and Cafe Portifino. Hope to come back again in a few years.
