Kihei Kahakai- 3 bedroom - This rental was very nice! The location was within walking distance to local shopping and Kalama Park beach. The pool and yard are very nice. Maui has some great snorkeling spots - we had a blast snorkeling at Kapalua Bay. Most snorkelers tended to head to the left side of the bay but the right side was much better! We ate at Mama's Fish House - awesome. Next time out, I would eat more local banana bread and avoid spending so much time and money in restaurants (most were expensive with average food/service) in favor of spending more time snorkeling. To save some money, I would head to Walmart on the way to the rental (it's located between the airport and the rental) and stock up on food/supplies there. Relax and enjoy the Aloha spirit!

Kailua OF Hideaway Ocean Side Unit - We loved waking to the sound of the ocean and the breeze was wonderful! The best part of our trip was snorkeling at various beaches around the island. Definitely check out the local "turtle town" right down the street. We waded with the turtles. Next time I would snorkel with them, but as I am a novice snorkler, I didn't feel comfortable doing that this time. I didn't have time to visit the Polynesian Cultural Center and I feel like I missed out on something special so next time I will definitely do that. As far as luau's go, we went to the one at Paradise Cove (a local felt it was one of the better ones). The entertainment was interesting and somewhat educational. Food was pretty good.

Kailua OF Hideaway Mountain Side Unit - We had so much fun! We greatly appreciate the freedom of using the kitchen at the Hideaway- the unit was well stocked and we had a wonderful time! We especially appreicated the freedom to use snorkle equipment, boogie boards, bbq, umbrellas and other sand/water toys! What a treat! It was also very nice to have washer/dryer access- The unit was very quite and we greatly enjoyed many sunrises there! We look forward to returning in the future! Thanks for a wonderful stay! It will not be soon forgotten!
Blessings,
Kirsten Funrue

Hihimanu Main House - The home was great for a family vacation. The location was peaceful and the views from either side of the master bedroom were spectacular. The kids loved the pool, playing ping pong and watching the huge TV.

The home did have some problems during our stay such as the dishwasher didn't work as well as a few other less troublesome maintenance matters that should be monitored more carefully for such a nice (and pricey) property.

Hekeka Hale at Sunset Beach - We loved how close the beach and ocean were to the house. They were just across the street! The customer service was great, not only from Mark, the guy who handles this rental, but also from Jodi, who talked to me on the phone and really explained the different rentals and locations and everything else! The best part of our trip was just hanging out in the house, napping, strolling along the beach, and watching the sunset over the ocean. The best restaraunt was absolutely one of the restaraunts at The Turtle Bay Resort. The best picture we took was of us in front of the sunset over the ocean. We also took a picture of a Hawaian kitty! They look different than Missouri kitties! I can't wait to tell my friends about all the history that lies in Oahu. We loved Ilani Palace, Pearl Harbor, and China Town. My advice for someone renting this house is to bring lots of clothes and towels. The washer/dryer was outside and a little dirty and smelly. Also the towels were smelly and mildewy. Not a huge deal though! There was a laundary mat twenty minutes away. I would recommend for everyone to visit Pearl Harbor, Ilani Palace, and China Town. Diamond Head was also very cool. The author Dorinda Nicholson, who is famous for writing a book about experiencing Pearl Harbor, told us we had to visit Ilani Palace and China Town. China town had the best Chinese food ever! We ate at the Little Village. Next trip I would like to swim with dolphins. Another cool thing we did was take a glass-bottom boat ride. We got to see the mountain that was featured in Jarrasic Park, the little island featured in the tv show, Gilligan's Island, and float over coral reef with lots of beautiful fish and a sea turtle.

Maui Vista Resort 3208 - The unit was clean and neat and very well equipped. It was also very tastefully decorated. Everyone at Maui Vista was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and attractive. We were there for our daughter's wedding, so things were rather hectic, but it was always nice to return to our quiet, peaceful condo. We did manage to get in some quality beach time and enjoy some sightseeing. We love Kihei and Maui Vista...can't wait to see you again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Maui Vista 1125 - Convenient location, quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed snorkeling and our day trip to Oahu to swim with the dolphins. The best restaurant was Mamas Fishhouse or Tiffany's in Wailuku. The best picture was my mom wiping out on the boogie board. I can't wait to tell my friends EVERYTHING! My advice to someone else would be...stay longer! I would definitely recommend the submarine ride aboard the Atantis in Laihina. Best insider tip was Tiffany's restaurant in Wailuku. Next time we're going snorkeling at a secret spot we discovered...I'm not telling where. We loved our stay at Maui Vista! Thank you for everything!!! We'll be back!!!

Akahai Ani - it was an awsome stay. The house was so cool and the boys loved the pool.

Sunset Big House ll - The Condo was everything you could imagine in Hawaii! The beach was close, there was plenty to do such as riding bikes, board riding, snorkeling, etc. When I go again, I definately want to stay at the Sunset Big House II again. Staying on the north shore was really good, plenty of beaches to visit and it allowed travel to the Polinesian Cultral Center and several different hikes etc. Very fun.

Kalihiwai Oceanview Estates - The Kalihiwai Oceanview Estates was the perfect place for our family vacation! The houses were beautiful, clean and well-stocked making our stay easy and enjoyable. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful beforehand helping us locate a chef, answering all of our questions and even setting up one of the houses with baby and child needs. The pool provided several hours of family fun and the pool house was so well-stocked it even had swim diapers! We had been to Kauai before and enjoyed returning to some of our favorite restaurants -- Sushi Blues & Hanalai Gourmet -- as well as finding some new favorites -- Bar Acuda. Banana Joe's was a staple for the freshest fruit. The whole week was filled with laughter and relaxation! Thanks for helping to make it happen!

"The unit was lovely and perfectly located and appointed. Only suggestion is more light, especially in the living room, which has only one small lamp."
