What a GREAT Home! Beautiful sunrise, beautiful views, great reef for snorkeling right at you backyard. Will absolutley go again. The photos of the home are right on!

The Spindrift by the Sea more than exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful and the ocean views went on forever! The house was super comfortable with its oversized furniture and large rooms. The best part of the trip was hiking the Kalalau Trail to Hanakapi'ai Beach and the private beach below the house. We loved the proximity to the Princeville shopping and to the town of Hanalei. Also, don't miss Queen's Bath!

The best surprise of our trip was the Albatross chick nest in the front of the house. Multiple times per day we got to peer out the windows and observe "little fluff" in his nest. Seeing his parents flying over the ocean while sunbathing on the deck was amazing!

The location of the unit is definately the best part of our stay. Otherwise, if this had been a hotel room we would have changed rooms. The condo needs updating badly. The carpets are dirty and worn, no moulding in the bedrooms, paint is peeling in the living room and the blinds are broken. The microwave does not work and the kitchen sink cabinet is coming off the hinges. The bathroom was the worse. We had to clean the sink area and the shower has mildew. The toilet seat needs to be changed as it is stained. It is in need a of a THOROUGH cleaning. Our advice to someone else staying in this unit is DON'T.

We had the best time staying at the Emmalani Court. It was perfect for our stay as we commuted back and forth from Princeville to Hanalei each day. We enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi each afternoon after returning from our day at the beach. We can't wait to return again this summer.

The stay was perfect! It is a very nice house. Clean, quiet, fully equipped and with a nice fenced garden. So we could let our kids (3 & 5) play there without having to worry. It's a short walk to a very nice beach, which is not crowded at all. You can snorkel directly there and whatch seaturtles swimming. A small reef is there, so that the waves are not so huge and the kids could have fun in the ocean.
Haleiwa is a nice small town with everything that is necessary for a nice stay. Nice restaurants and a grocery store and other nice shops.
We can recommend the sunset catamaran sailing trip, which starts directly at the Haleiwa harbor. On sundays polo games are going on 5 miles west of Haleiwa. I also tried a tandem skidive jump, what is a real thrill.....
After two weeks we had to leave :-((( we could have stayed much longer!

We had a great time. Excellent condo with everything that we were looking for. Easy walk to the beach (that has great snorkeling) and lots of space in a beautifully maintained and modern property.

We enjoyed our stay. It was like a home away from home. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Although we frequented the local shrimp trucks and other delightful eating spots, it was nice to be able to prepare some of the world's freshest foods in a great kitchen.
The best part of my trip was diving and hearing 'whale music'. Haleiwa was a great place to hang out.
I will miss the Maui sweet onion chips....

I will be back again and again.

Paradisio Ho'o Kumu is truly awesome, even better than we expected. As I listened to my family as they explored Paradisio on arrival, I thought of the expressions of the people who have had their home undergo the extreme makeover.

Customer service was excellent, as the home was spotless on arrival, and when the propane tank went empty on our second barbecue night, a replacement was delivered and installed within a few hours. However, we were not able to get a proper fire with that replacement unit, but used the extensive kitchen for the meal in place of the barbecue.

The best part of the trip was being able to live in comfort with the entire family, 8 people from granparents to grandchildren.

We mostly ate at home, but the two middle couples each had a night out for dinner. We all had a nice lunch at Keokee's at the shops at Poipu, and take home pizza from Brick Oven Pizza in Kelehoe. We all spent one fabulous night at the Smith's Family Luau in Waliua, and got a family picture in the process.

We took many pictures and video clips, from the open-door helicopter ride, the drive up Waimea Canyon, the hike on the Holupa trail and the hidden beaches to the east of Poipu, as well as a tour of Paradisio Ho'o Kumu in both pictures and video.

We had a couple of noisy nights from partying going on at the park near the harbor, but that was only on weekend nights. Otherwise, the best advice for someone planning to stay at the unit, is to make best use of the fine property and all its amenties.

As for the best insider tip, it was the directions to the beaches to the east of Poipu, small secluded beaches primarily visited by the locals. And what we learned in the time spent at Paradisio, is not to pay attention to the Weather Channel forecasts, as the weather was much better on the south shore than the forecasts indicated.

The best part of our rental unit was it's location as it was in close proximity to the beach as well as many activities that we wanted to get access to while in Wakiki. The unit was well furnished and the customer service that we received when we arrived at the airport was efficient and much appreciated. Thanks for helping make our first trip to Hawaii so memorable - it won't be our last!!

We just returned from a stay in this unit and overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the facility. The weather wasn't the greatest till the last part of our trip, but we spent that time sightseeing anyway. Mark was great in his response to any needs that we had, so the customer service was great. My only issue was the little things that could have made this a 5 star stay. I am not being picky, but these are all issues that can be prevented. It's the little things that make ones stay excellent vs just great. The day following our arrival, we had to call because the ice maker was not functioning and the bar stools were very unstable. Mark responded immediately and arranged to get them fixed. We had a remote that had no functioning batteries, and if some extras were there, I would have changed them. The track lights in the kitchen had two bulbs that were out. The pots and pans need replacing as many were scratched and difficult to cook on. The TV's were great, but you could only get the HD channels in the family room even though you had large LCD TV's in the bedrooms. I thought it was great that there were some dry goods left there that we would have normally had to buy, like pancake syrup, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. We, in turn, left whatever was not used as well for the next vacationers. The beach chairs outside appeared rusted and unusable and that was something we could have used. The boogie boards and cooler was a great plus and we used them daily. The facility pool was great and refreshing. The kids loved it! That is also where you would BBQ and it was close by the unit. I felt the view/privacy of the unit was unlike any other condo. We felt completely private even though there was another unit adjacent to us. We truely enjoyed our stay and are really happy we found this unit.
