Beautiful location on water with lovely views of ocean

**very well equiped kitchen and terrific gas BBQ
great outdoor eating area and lawn
There are a few repairs pending on the property - otherwise I would have rated it at very good.
Could have had a few movies and music CD's at the house
West Maui is a bit of a drive to most beaches and sites
Love hiking Haleakela
Very good restaurant: in historic Lihue inn
