Vacation review for 2301 Hanalei Bay Resort in Princeville, Kauai:
I loved the view from the balcony. The customer service I received was fair to poor. My room accomodation was poor. The room was not very clean and very shabby. No information was provided that we would need to do our own linens and would have no maid service.
