Vacation review for Hale Hui Kai 208 in Keawakapu, Maui:
It was outstanding. The unit 208 was recently remodelled and it felt like our home. We travel a lot and have high end tastes . The place had an amazing kitchen with granite, fine appliances and almost every kind of kitchen gadget we needed. Everything was professional grade. the media centre in the unit blew us away. We have a high end home theatre and sound system in our home and when we found the system in the unit, it made our day. There was music in every room, a wide screen on the wall for theatre viewing, a rack of equipment that included VCR DVD Stereo etc...and each room had separate controls for the speakers so we could go off to sleep with Hawaiian music in the room and turn it off when we wanted to. The building was not too big or small but the fewer number of units made it intimate enough to feel like a boutique hotel. We liked our unit as it had an ocean view but also the privacy of the side garden area so we dined out on our lanai and enjoyed each evening watch
