It's said that first impressions are the most important in judgment. When we walked in, tired from the travel and flustered because my family and I were having an argument at the time we arrived, the condo was so immaculate that we were silenced with glee. Air-conditioner was on (thank you); Christmas Tree was lit (nice); gorgeous tropical flowers sat on the table to greet us; your company even programmed Christmas melodies when we opened the TV armoire---WOW!!! My family of 12 w/ baby are very grateful. The customer service we received leading up to our trip and during our stay was excellent and responsive. The best part of our trip was the convenience of such a well-laid out floorplan; the kitchen was so well-equipped that we hardly had to eat out, saving us tons of cash. You furnished us with enough towels, not always a possible for such a large party. The convenience of having a washer and dryer cannot be overstated. We had to wash our clothes and towels every single day, allowing us to pack less clothes in our luggage. I tell everyone how perfect our stay was and how great our condo was. I can easily say that when we go on our next vacation in Hawaii, we won't settle for a hotel room. You've spoiled us. Thank you so much!!!
