Karen is the best!!!!!! Fantastic person. Helpful, friendly. Really knows how to make people happy. Somebody please tell the owner what a gem she is..... Thanks Karen!!! Kids loved all the little gifts for the flight home. I think I saw Bob in the chocolates this morning. :)
