Vacation review for Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay 314 in Turtle Bay, Oahu:
Nice place and facilities. Grounds kept very clean and well groomed. Property Manager/owner (Rocky Horton) did not respond to any of my multiple calls for help on getting plumbing working correctly, getting a gate pass and one or two smaller issues. Management company personnel were very kind and tried to help out as much as possible.
