Vacation review for Pali Ke Kua 129 in Princeville, Kauai:

The unit itself was nice. The view was good. Our time outside the condo on the beach and in the water was great with wonderful snorkeling etc. We had a blast. A few things I thought you might need to know regarding this cindo. I felt like there were very few accommodating features inside the unit that almost made us laugh. What was different was the lack of simple accdommodations for 4 people for ten days: salt and pepper shakers with no salt or pepper, can openers that didn't work, one roll of toilet paper, one trash can liner, a trial size of dish washing soap, shampoo and conditioner, five forks ( so every time we ate we had to wash our utensils with no soap). Couldn't find outside light switch, Limited bath and kitchen towels towels etc. No detergent to clean our towels. I know in other condos I've rented there were many more accommodations. You leave stuff for the next people, like napkins, coffee liners, salt pepper, soaps, cleaners, baggies, trash liners, etc. This is one place that I felt had nothing. We ended up buying alot of it and didn't leave any of it, feeling like it wasn't going to be there for the next people to share. I usually don't write this stuff and focus on the great time we had. And we had a great time---but with the painting, wanting to leave the doors unlocked in the day, lack of simple amenities not there...welp, we laughed it off. I told everyolne I would write and let you know if the opportunity preswented itself. "Save your fork" and "spare a sqaure" became our little jokes and daily mandras. I will do business with you again, but thought you might want to be aware if this one. Jan Donaldson (951) 333-6180
