If you are feeling like a doll that is so wound tight that its head my literally explode and fall off then you sound like you need a vacation and need a vacation fast and wonderful. The best place to go on vacation if you have this type of stress is to vacation in the islands of Hawaii. This may seem obvious or strange but thing about how tranquil the island of Hawaii look just on papers and picture and then imagine how beautiful things would look in person and you will probably feel a little relaxed just from that thought.
