Any similarity is strictly coincidental. The fact that Google ranks us for the name of your book is not controlled by us, and does not mean we're using your title. Molokai is in fact the land of Father Damien, so I don't feel this is a copyright infringement. If you still feel the same way after reading this response, let me know and we will rethink the title.
