OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN PRIZE. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The entry period for Win FREE Airfare to Hawaii Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), sponsored by Hawaiian Beach Rentals (the "Sponsor"), begins August 28, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. HST and ends November 26, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. HST (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States (excluding NJ, U.S. possessions, territories, overseas military installations in foreign countries and Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older.

Potential Sweepstakes prize winner and guest must be able to travel to Honolulu, Hawaii by December 1, 2009. Neither Sponsor nor employees of Sponsor or Administrator (Ka'ahele Enterprises LLC) are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or win the Prize (as defined below). Additionally, relatives of such employees and persons living in the same household as such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to win. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, "relatives" is defined as spouse, domestic partner, parent, in-laws, grandparent, brother, sister, children and grandchildren.

HOW TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES:
- ONLINE: To receive a Sweepstakes entry, go to http://.hawaiianbeachrentals.com/sweeps_entry.htm during the Sweepstakes Period, and register by filling out your e-mail address, name and phone number on the sweepstakes entry form, OR
- ONLINE: To receive a Sweepstakes entry, go to http://.hawaiianbeachrentals.com during the Sweepstakes Period, and register by filling out your email address, name and phone number on a contact form for any of the accommodation listings on the website.
Online General: Limit: One (1) online Sweepstakes entry, per day. A day is defined as an approximately 24-hour period between 12:00:01 AM ET and 11:59:59 PM ET. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void all of that participant's entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address. Use of automated entries or programs is prohibited. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter to win a prize. Normal Internet access, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply.

Online Sweepstakes entries will be attributed to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted during registration/entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the registrant or participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Winning participants may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the claimed winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry, or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, nonworking, or inactive e-mail address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

All entries, regardless of method of submission, must be complete to be eligible to enter and win. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged, and Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. All entrants agree that Sponsor and Sponsor's agents, affiliates or service providers may use entrants' personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of a product or Sweepstakes that Sponsor thinks may be of interest. Sponsor will not sell personal information submitted with entry to outside solicitors.

SELECTION OF SWEEPSTAKES WINNER:

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: One (1) grand prize winner will be chosen on or about December 10, 2008 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential grand prize winner will be notified via telephone and/or e-mail on or about December 10, 2008 that he or she, subject to verification, is the grand prize winner (defined below). All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be entered into and eligible to win the Grand Prize. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

If any potential grand prize winner (i) cannot be reached, (ii) fails to respond to the Prize notification, and/or (iii) declines the Prize, an alternate grand prize winner (as applicable) may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not obligated to leave a voice mail message on a potential winner's answering machine nor is Sponsor required to send more than one e-mail notification to a potential winner. If the potential winner, within twenty-four (24) of Sponsor's Prize notification, (i) fails to return a completed affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, or other documents(s) as required by Sponsor, (ii) fails to provide Sponsor with a copy of his/her valid government issued photo identification or social security number, and/or (iii) is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and affidavit/release procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if any. All winning entries are subject to verification of entrant's eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules before such potential winner can be declared an official winner and become entitled to receive any Prize.

PRIZES:

GRAND PRICE WINNER (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:

Roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) (the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest) to Honolulu, Hawaii on or before December 1, 2009 from a major airport near Grand Prize winner's home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);

Total ARV of Grand Prize: $2,000.00

Winners must make their request for travel to Sponsor, at least eight weeks prior to the anticipated date of departure, failing which Sponsor will not accept the reservation and the prize will be deemed void. The winner shall comply with the sweepstakes validity dates and accept the alternatives proposed by Sponsor, if this proves necessary. No extension of stay will be permitted. Approval of request for travel is subject to airfare availability at time of reservation request. The winner is responsible for their own transportation upon departure and arrival at the international airport of departure, as determined by Sponsor.

Air travel must be roundtrip; no layovers or stopovers allowed. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by the airline carrier as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. The airline tickets cannot be sold, exchanged or bartered. If lost, they will not be replaced. Each winner and his/her guest are responsible for insurance and any other required travel documents, including valid identification. All expenses not specifically set forth herein including, without limitation, meals, beverages, telephone charges, movie charges, pay-per-view television charges, hotel room-service charges, merchandise, souvenirs, and any other incidental costs and expenses shall be the sole responsibility of each winner and his/her guest who incur such charges. Traveling companion must be at least 18 years of age or older on departure date and not a minor in his/her state of residence, unless winner is parent or legal guardian of the traveling companion. All details of the prize are at Sponsor's sole discretion. If prize winner is unavailable to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor shall have the right to select an alternate potential winner provided sufficient time exists to confirm and verify the alternate potential winner. Winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary and participate in all Grand Prize-related activities together.

If the Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her State of residence, (i) the Grand Prize winner's parent or legal guardian must execute all Sweepstakes forms required by Sponsor and (ii) the Grand Prize winner's traveling companion must be the Grand Prize's winner's parent or legal guardian.

Decisions made by Sponsor are final in all matters, including interpretation of these Official Rules and awarding of the Prizes, and cannot be appealed. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby waives any claim of ambiguity in the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules, No substitutions of the prize are offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right in itd sole discretion to substitute a prize(s) or any portion of a prize(s) for a prize(s) of equal or greater value. No transfer of a prize to a third party is permitted and the cash value of a prize(s) will not be awarded in lieu of a prize where it applies, except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Any applicable federal, state and local taxes, including, without limitation, excise tax (including sales tax), and other expenses not specifically set forth herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winners (as applicable). The value of the prizes set forth above represents Sponsor's good faith determination of the approximate retail value thereof and that determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. The prize winner will not receive any difference between the actual and approximate retail value.

Sponsor is not responsible if any scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled fore any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no compensation, substitution or cash equivalent will be provided to prize winner.

If the Grand Prize winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise participate in the Grand Prize activities at any time due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the Grand Prize or any part thereof.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY/DISCLAIMER:

Any attempted form of entry into the Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. No mechanical reproductions, alterations, or forged entries allowed. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and his/her entry) who tampers with the entry process.

Any person who supplies false information, enters by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain a Prize will forfeit the Prize won and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Each entrant agrees not to knowingly: damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes; prevent others from using the Sweepstakes; or obtain or modify another user's account information without their consent.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SPONSOR MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor is not responsible for delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure or for lost, late, delayed, undelivered, corrupted, incomplete, destroyed, forged, illegible, damaged, tampered with, mass machine generated, unintelligible, incomprehensible, misdirected entries, otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is also not responsible for typographical, printing, clerical or human errors (and Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographic, clerical or printing errors in any Sweepstakes materials), technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed software transmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, damage to user's or another party's computer system as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes or for errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes including without limitation, such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won.. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if, in the sole judgment of the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, any computer virus, malfunction, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond its control which corrupts, threatens or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a prize winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" shall mean the natural person18 years of age or older who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. In the event that production, technical, programming or any other reasons cause more than the state number of Prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of Prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

As a condition of entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to (i) the use of your name, voice, picture, likeness and biographical data and/or any other information contained in your entry in advertising, promotional and marketing materials by Sponsor worldwide in all media now known or hereafter discovered (including Sponsor's web sites) without additional compensation, notice, consent, approval or review and (ii) the modification, editing, adaptation, electronic alteration, use, assignment and/or disposal of on-line entries however Sponsor sees fit and for any purpose without any compensation, notice, consent, approval or review to you. You acknowledge that if you are chosen as a winner, certain of your personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a Winners' List.

All prize claims and documents provided by the winners must be verified by Sponsor.

EACH winner, by acceptance of a Prize, agrees to release Sponsor from AND AGAINST any and all liabilities, claims, DEMANDS, LOSSES, DAMAGES or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, disability, attorneys' fees, costs of litigation and settlement as well as damages or losses to persons and property that may be sustained In connection with OR WHICH ARISE OUT OF, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, the receipt, ownership, REDEMPTION, use OR MISUSE, LOSS OR MISDIRECTION of A Prize or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use A Prize OR ANY PORTION OF A PRIZE AND HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (UNLESS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED) AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

Sponsor does not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any Prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.

Sponsor shall not be liable to any winner or any other person for failure to supply a prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's sole control. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carrier(s), hotel(s), or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any lost, misdirected or damaged baggage.

GOVERNING LAW:

Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and shall be brought only in the courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred including, without limitation, costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees. These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Hawaii or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Hawaii.
