Guests of this home have the option to purchase passes for daily use of the Resort amenities, located within walking distance.

Open-air in design and comfortably decorated, the home has been recently updated and includes king-king-2 queen bedding configuration - ideal for up to 6 guests. A private swimming pool and spa sits just off the spacious lanai and is complete with golf and ocean views yet, private - with jet-black lava and luscious green vegetation providing ample separation with the golf course.

Additional amenities are at your option including grocery delivery, tropical floral arrangements, daily maid service and children's necessities. Enjoy the activities of the Four Seasons Hotel while retreating to your own private home at this award-winning Resort.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $65 - $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $32.50 - $100 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $100.00 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted two weeks prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

Rates

From $5,887 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 30 days before check-in. $5,000.00 security deposit. Depending on dates of booking, additional fees may apply. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted.
