Puako 74 is an exceptional property, comprising of a magnificent main house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as an attached one bedroom "ohana" guest suite, ideal for a family with a new baby, grandparents, a quiet, creative and comfortable work space, or a couple seeking a romantic retreat. This stunning estate boasts classic vintage style with gorgeous hardwood floors, high ceilings and ocean views from every room. Combined with all the modern comforts and conveniences such as high speed WiFi network, flat screen TVs and air-conditioning in every room, Sonos sound systems, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, every guest can enjoy the best of both worlds! A sweeping, wrap-around lanai and expansive lawn shaded by a majestic, decades-old banyan tree offers guests just as much enjoyment outdoors as indoors.

Enter the main house through wide double doors that open into an sumptuous foyer and great room, consisting of a lavish living room, grand dining area and comprehensive gourmet kitchen. An open floor-plan allows family and friends to hang out together while cooking, savoring a beverage at the long granite bar, dining at the grand wooden table or relaxing on the two large and luxurious sofas. The bright and spacious master bedroom, situated at the end of the long window-lined hallway provides privacy with a king-size bed and en suite bath, featuring a luxurious soaking tub, separate tiled shower and double sink vanity. Sliding glass doors from the master bedroom open onto the lanai just steps away from the ocean. A spacious walk-in closet provides plush bathrobes and all the space you'll need for your vacation attire.

The three bedrooms in the main house all offer ocean views, each with flat screen smart TVs, ceiling fans and independent air-conditioning controls. Bedroom 2 is a Jr. Master Suite, with a king-size bed, en suite bath with double sinks, glass shower and double pocket doors that open onto the ocean-viewing hallway. Bedroom 3 is ideal for the kids or friends, with two twin beds, en suite bath, and double pocket doors to the hallway and sliding doors to the lanai. A laundry room off the hallway provides the space and convenience you need with a washer and dryer, folding area, laundry sink and in-wall ironing board.

The upstairs "ohana" guest suite is connected to the house with an interior staircase as well as a private entrance from an outdoor stairway. This self-contained, charming suite has everything you need and offers a peaceful haven with its own shady lanai overlooking the lush garden and sparkling ocean. Each room in the ohana is equipped with flat screen smart TVs, independent split air-conditioning controls and ceiling fans. It also includes a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a roomy tiled shower, full kitchen with gas range, breakfast bar and a washer and dryer. Open the sliding glass doors to the lanai and enjoy the fresh ocean air gliding through the rooms! You can also enjoy these dazzling blue waters year-round with plenty of snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing right outside your back door!

QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

PARKING:

Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways, sidewalks or mailboxes.
