Expansive home with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths (plus a bonus room), is perfect for multi-generational families and/or extended family with friends.

Enter through the gates into a tropical courtyard perfect for outdoor dining, family game night or just reading or relaxing on the spacious lanai. The home has a beautiful yard with tropical flowers and trees surrounding it, and the shaded pool is a great way to cool off after a long day at the beach or sightseeing around the Big Island.

The downstairs consists of a large bedroom with en-suite and private lanai with access to the backyard. This bedroom is right off of the main kitchen and spacious dining area. The living room is comfortable, with large smart TV and views of the pool and garden. This home does not have air conditioning. Tropical trade-winds and ocean breezes add to your island-style experience. There are ceiling fans throughout.

Just off of the living room there is an additional kitchen which leads to the pool house suites, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with TV and access to pool and garden.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a bonus room. The Master Bedroom with en-suite opens up to a lanai and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Within the master there is the bonus room, with 2 twin beds. This is a great area for families with small children. The second upstairs bedroom has a comfortable King bed with en-suite and access to the upstairs lanai.

This rustic and comfortable island-style home will easily accommodate a large family or group of up to 10 people maximum.

Watch our resident Honu (Green Sea Turtles) play along the Puako bay. Surf or snorkel right in the bay, depending on weather and season. It's an ideal place to host a special vacation. This beach neighborhood is welcoming and laid-back, which makes for the perfect family destination or romantic getaway. Relax, soak up the sun in the yard or on the beach, or enjoy surfing, SUP, swimming, snorkeling, kite surfing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, whale watching and more along the Big Island Coastlines.
