The Terrace is located adjacent to the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel on the only beachfront condominium site in the Mauna Lani Resort. All guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Terrace will have access to use the communal pool (heated), children's pool, hot tub, Sauna, a community kitchen and picnic areas with seating and gas BBQ's. The picnic areas & community kitchen may be reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Spa, Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. The on-site check-in office at the Mauna Lani Terrace is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency.
